Waterfront Home with Private Beach & Hot Tub

Such a peaceful setting. The view of the sunrise and sunset over the water is gorgeous! The home is beautiful with great views from both floors. The neighbors are wonderful and welcoming. So much to do in the town close by. Great experience. Thank you! :)

The house was perfect for our group. The view is spectacular. Kayaking and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The host was great - excellent communication and answered all questions right away.

The overall location of the property was wonderful. We enjoyed the private beach area and deck with amazing views. You are able to swim in the lagoon. It was very shallow. Bottom is sandy but would recommend water shoes. The kayaks were fun, but were taking on an after still. Kids loved fishing and crabbing off the docks as well. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the house. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time, other than new bed sheets and towels. There was dust on everything, floor not swept or mopped. The glass door was dirty going outside. The trash can was dirty along with the wall behind the trash. There were tons of little black ants all over the fireplace. Also ants in the sand everywhere outside and burs that were being tracked into the house. Everyone was getting bug bites from something. Not sure if it was inside or outside the house. We had to replace the batteries in the locks because they were all almost dead when we arrived at the house. The hot tub had a bunch of sand in it. Never saw anyone come to clean the beach either.

Great location, plenty of room, & privacy. 15 of us for a week. They kayaked, swam, fished, fire pit, hot tubbed it! They also liked the nature trails so close. We have a couple of bird watchers! We would definetly recommend & would come back! Thanks from Ohio!

The house was gorgeous and very spacious! You walk out the back door to your own private beach right on the water. The water is very shallow so we didn't have to worry about the kids. What I appreciated more than anything was our host! Sean was the best from booking the house to the end of our trip. He went above and beyond!

This is my second time staying at 5x5 Yard Sail and both trips have been amazing. The upgrades they have made to the basement area by adding the additional bed was a huge bonus for us and allowed all of the guys to have their own space and not have to share a bunk (kind of a big deal for fellas). The kayaks and hot tub were used by several people and were easy to interface with. The dock and fire pit saw many good conversations and the water was perfect in the cove. I am especially thankful that you can stand up and enjoy the ocean water without having to tread. Instructions for check out were super simple unlike other rentals where I feel like we have to do most of the clean up work. Not the case with Yard Sail! This is a great spot to spend the weekend or longer with plenty to do at the house but close enough to Gulf Shores that any trips aren’t an excursion. Highly recommend and I will make this an annual retreat for me and the boys.

This property checked every single box! From the dock & kayaks, to the cozy couches & huge windows with a view. Stocked with everything from coffee pods to board games. We enjoyed every second. We stayed 5 nights and no one was ready to leave. The beds were so comfortable which is a huge bonus. We had 12 guests and there were still four empty bunks. Some were sleeping in queen beds alone. We were able to communicate with the property manager for any questions we had and he was extremely quick and helpful with his responses. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

This little hidden gem was the most wonderful vacation finds for us in a long time. The house is very close to the GS action but far enough away that you can relax and enjoy all that the lagoon has to offer from your own private beach (literally). The lagoon is extremely quiet and peaceful with a few kayakers, fishermen and jet ski riders. Sitting on the deck enjoying coffee in the morning basking in the breeze was amazing and a perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail or your favorite beverage as you watch the day melt away with a beautiful sunset. The house is beautifully decorated and updated with plenty of space and options for single or multiple family groups. Hot tub, Kayaks and shallow lagoon water make for perfect options to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I almost want to keep this amazing property to ourselves but alas, we must share our experience so anyone can come and enjoy just as much as we did. Special thanks to the owners and staff, perfectly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Hope to be back soon!
