    A couple of the beds did not appear to have clean sheets. One had streaks on something on them. Kichen was not well stocked with utensils. No can opener. It is a beautiful home.

    The condo was lovely, we had a perfect view of the eclipse from the balcony and the beach, and the weather was perfect!

    The location was perfect, access to the beach was perfect and the deck view is beautiful. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen and master bathroom need some up keep and repairs are needed. If you choose this property bring extra blankets. Very spacious.

    Perfect townhouse walking distance from the beach. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of bath towels. Washer and dryer was great to have! Only draw back, it’s 3 levels so lots of stairs. Had some fire ants in some of the rooms, luckily we had bug spray. Other than a few of us getting stung, we had a great time. Recommend, will stay again at 14838.

    The beach house is very spacious with room for everyone. Each balcony you will have a view of the beach and ocean, we loved that! We also loved that it’s a quick and easy walk to the beach! The house is nice and the beds are comfortable which is a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again during our next visit!

    The house was great for a big family like ours plenty of space but the a/c did not work the outside unit was filled with moss and the inside was covered in dust the air filter looks like it hasn’t been replaced in a long time. Vacasa was no help when we messaged.

    First time booking a condo instead of the hotel, but my dad requested a place we could be together. Decided to give this a try and was overall very happy with the condo and its location. Our group consisted of 7 people between the ages of 75-12. Everyone was very comfortable. The house rules request no shoes in the home and I tried to comply but the stairs are well used. I had stepped on a nail that was slightly exposed on the steps. Ouch!! Thank goodness we had house shoes with us. Overall the home was perfect and everyone had plenty of space to spread out or gather together. The location of the home was also phenomenal, short walk to the beach and easy to walk back and forth to use the restroom instead of the portable potty. My elderly parents were with us and did find all the stairs a bit challenging. Luckily there is a bottom floor bedroom that allowed them ground access thru the garage. This helped them from having to climb too often. The Balconies were amazing, provided front row views to beach area. Great for sunrise/sunset or coffee time. Lots of seating for all to enjoy. One note, you get a code access to the door. But there are no physical keys/garage door opener available. We called vbro to see if we could have a key. They gave us the code to the lockbox by the door but the key was missing. The garage door also acted up. We would close it and it would pop back open. Happen a few times. Just had to try closing again and it would finally close securely.

    We had a bachelor party setup for a group of guys that initially involved an overnight camping trip on tuesday/wedensday, followed by a stay at this house on wednesday/thursday. Mother nature forced us to cancel our overnight fishing trip, so I promptly called and booked an extra night at the house for the day BEFORE our initial arrival. The home was available, and adding a night to the booking was quick and painless. Upon arrival, first impressions were good - the unit we stayed in was the last one on the road before hitting the beach - literally a couple hundred yards from Whitecap beach, as close as we could get at this unit. The grounds were neat and well kept, the outside of our particular unit was clean and presentable. The units receive direct seaspray all year long, so you can't expect perfection - but it is maintained and cared for, and it shows well. When trying to check-in and use the electronic lock on the door, our code didn't work. I used the text messaging service through the Vacasa App, and received a quick updated entry code (within 3min). The new code worked and we were in the home. The inside was clean, well equipped, and up to date. We were very happy with the home, both inside and out. The garage was great for storing our fishing/beach gear! If I had one suggestion to the owners/managers, I would recommend floor mats at the entries to try and prevent some of the sand from getting into the home. Otherwise, great place and will book again!
