We had a great stay here! I had a few questions and messaged the host and they replied quickly. It was clean when we arrived. The location was convenient to restaurants and Sunset Beach. The back patio had new composite Adirondack chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The screened in porch was nice. It had a new six chair dining table of composite wood. Nice cushions too. The TV in the living room was a Roku tv and easy to use with the remote. The kitchen was stocked with enough plates and pans to do some cooking. It had a regular coffee maker that worked well. There were lots of seasonings, salt, pepper and oil to use for cooking. There were 3 bikes to use which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of comfy pillows. The A/C worked well. There was a unit in the living room and each bedroom. The bathrooms were old. They did have new vanities and sinks but they still had the old tiling. Having said that they were very nice and were clean and well stocked with towels. The rest of the house has been renovated. Pros- good location, split bedrooms each with their own bathroom, bikes, nice outdoor furniture, on the canal, washer and dryer, nice open space, easy check in. Cons- we did not have access to the Cabana Club. The owners don’t have a membership there. This wasn’t a big deal, January weather can be cold and windy and when it was nice the pool at the Club is very busy so it would be hard to get a chair. Overall this was a great place to stay!!

Got in Monday 8/25 3pm. Felt warm in the house. Only 1 of the 3 Ac units were on. Turned on other 2 still not cooling down. Called VACASA area rep. No response. Called main 800 to Vacasa. Spoke with a supervisor to get the local rep to respond. Her name was Jenetta. Ac person came out Monday pm 8:30:pm. I told him I didn't think any of the 3 ac units were working.properly. Was able to only get 1 going-charged with freon. Was going to contact Vacasa for immediate repair the next day Had a dive planned Tues am. House seemed even warmer that morn. Came back it was 90 degrees in house. Calling/texting rep. again no response. Called main Vacasa to get response. Finallly rep texted round 7pm said service man coming out. Came out a t 10:30pm. Checked Units he said all 3 units were broken and could not be repaired. Tried contacting local rep. again no response. Wanted a answer on when they would be repaired. Waited for a call Wed. Decided to call late Wed. and finally got a response. Almost 3 full days without AC in Florida. We moved our things to another house. Local Rep Jenetta non-existent follow-up until My expectations are you rent a house a month in advance, hen you arrive things should be in good order. It was'nt just the AC. (most important part of staying in Florida) the patio umbrella ripped and broken, burnt out broken outdoor lights and too much to mention. I booked through VRBO and got VACASA. Don't book with them in the Florida Key with the lou

Nice duplex with split air conditioners. Lovely place and quite comfortable. NEEDs new outdoor furniture and more tender loving care but all in all a good stay. We were quite comfortable in this 2 bedroom duplex. Love that the washer and dryer are in the garage. Nice area and love having the option of being able to go to the CABANA CLUB. A great place to stay....Dog friendly too.

The house was small and easy to get to no matter which direction you wanted to go. Kitchen is not gourmet but good for short stay and some cooking.

Property manager Danielle was charming and helpful especially when the key pad code was incorrect. The only real issue was how in the heck does one operate their tv's It would be very very helpful if there were directions on how to use all the different selections.

This cute little bungalow gave us a great, cozy place to explore the Key Colony Beach area. Clean property, nice touches, and just the right amount of stuff to make us comfortable but not overwhelmed (small kids, few things to knock over). We had a wonderful time, and we happily stay there again.
