*Construction is being performed at Long Island Village. This may impact all areas. We do not have detailed information on when or where the streets will be affected. If your street is affected during your visit, the HOA will provide a complimentary shuttle as there may not be parking available. This construction will run through 2022.
*You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

2 out off the 3 days I had maintainance ssues. DAY 1, AC out. DAY 2, No water.
Lots of seating which was great for our family plus friends. Very clean on arrival. Great location. Lots of towels! Cute decor. Loved the long table. We had a traditional thanksgiving here and didn’t feel super cramped. You do pay a resort fee when you get there but that gives you access to pools, hot tubs, a library (with books AND puzzles), and a small gold course.
Nice
Enjoyed the cool breeze and the peace of sitting on the deck
We were staying at this place between October 13-18. We had a flat tire on a way there and were later than expected. Our property caretaker Sandy contacted me before our arrival letting us know that everything is ready for us. After telling her that we will be arriving later(after office hours)she offered to contact the office for us and get everything set up. That was thoughtful of her. She also assist us when the microwave handle fell off(it was previously broken and had its life). We received a new microwave within hours. When we walked into the house it seemed nice. But after looking closer I can tell that the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to mopping the floor and the corners better. The kitchen was equipped, therefore the toaster's plug was broken. My further low bought another plug and fix that. But it has some electrical shortness. So I think it's unsafe to use. The furniture was outdated so were the beds. The most essential part of your stay is a comfortable mattress. Neither one of the beds had one. So please Vacasa management takes it into your consideration and updated this. Bed frames were also lifted on some sort of garden pods. It was difficult to get on top of the bed for my parents-in-law. Overall we had a good stay. I wish you all the best and hope you will make some improvements. Violetta
While the house was cute. It was represented a much bigger. It was too small. Upon entry the floor was torn up. There was no water until late the first night. A porch swing that hung from a heavy broke, crashing to the ground hurting my nephew. Then there were no linens or pillows for the fold out couch. There was only one extra trash bag for a 4 day visit with 6 adults. The trash bend itself was dirty. There was trash in one of the cooking utensil drawers. One of the baking dishes was broken. There was so many things wrong…definitely should request & be granted a refund of sorts. Bad bad bad job Vacasa!!!
The location was wonderful. We spent most of our time on the back deck drinking coffee, having meals and catching up with family. The rental was super cute although we had some difficulty getting the tv speakers to work. This wasn’t a big deal as we disconnected from electronics quite a bit while we were there. We were also a very short drive to the island. Would come back again!
This home definitely has it's quirks but was perfect for our little getaway. Some areas are tight but main living areas provide plenty to relax. The back deck on the canal is great for sitting in the morning and evenings.
We loved this property and will definitely return soon
Perfect for our visit. Precious little place. Sleeps 4 not 6. Bring your own tp
Wonderful little cottage on canal with a dock. Chairs on patio are very relaxing. Would be ideal for two couples who know each other well. Any more than that would be too crowded, we thought. Very good stay; looking forward to next visit.
