Wonderful location with beautiful views of a canal bay, sun soaked back deck, and private heated pool. Great spot to enjoy the sunrise. Very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and tastefully decorated throughout. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the kitchen with a wine fridge and an extra small fridge. There were plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies. We walked to the beach pulling a loaded wagon and it took us approximately 12 minutes. The pool was really nice and relaxing. The screened lanai had plenty of seating and table areas. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and appreciated the fish cleaning station. We did not think the privacy shades in the bedroom were adequate. They were too sheer. We walked outside and could still see way too clearly. They were very nice motorized shades but privacy draw drapes should be added. There were motorized shades on half of the back windows. This should be continued on to the rest. The beach equipment was very useful, however, one of the umbrellas was broken and we had to purchase one on our own. The master closet needs better lighting, and more drawer space would be helpful. These are just suggestions for improvement however, our overall experience was wonderful! We would rent this property again.

Reviewer Comments: The property is in a stunning location and you will find yourself rising early each morning to catch the magnificent sunrises over the water. We also stayed here for two weeks last year and were delighted to return although we did find that this year the property appeared to be less clean than last year, particularly the outside patio area and the barbecue albeit that internally some improvements could have been made. Generally the bedrooms do not match the quality of the rest of the house but the new deck and addition of internal blinds was a plus point.Minor problems with the reduction in premium tv channels were soon resolved and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at night and the check in process was smooth and easy. The house was immaculate and in a fabulous. The furniture is comfortable (yes, including the bed) and the kitchen is well stocked. The heated pool and dock cannot be beat! The master bath was the cherry on top. Rent bikes and you can ride everywhere! We had 2 minor issues with the AC and the pool and the rental company was there to repair within 15 minutes. Great service and communication.

Everything was great!

When you walk in it is pure beauty! I was a 10 minute walk to the beach! Saw dolphins! We will certainly be back!
