Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is exactly as it is pictured. We spent most of our time outside in the pool, playing ping pong and fishing from the dock. The pool surround material is new and pool chairs are comfortable. We have 4 hungry teenagers and prefer to eat in, so it would have been nice to have a larger grill and more cooking utensils/appliances (i.e. salad tongs, waffle maker or griddle, pizza pans).The provided starting essentials (garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc) was VERY minimal and there was no hand soap or shampoo. We stay in rentals every Christmas through Marco Island Vacation Properties, and this was by far the least 'stocked'. Obviously, this is a minor issue - but it was disappointing to have to make Publix our first stop because there was absolutely no soap in the house.Loved the location - quiet neighborhood, but quick and easy access to San Marco.

Property had all the necessities. Very clean, would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the pool and relaxing outside. Marco vacation properties are wonderful. They respond quickly and help with anything needed. Rented bikes for the week as none come with this property but we enjoyed having them!

The home was extremely clean, well-maintained and well-stocked with many kitchen items and toiletries. Andrew Vale from Marco Island Vacation Properties is outstanding! He provides excellent customer service with very good and prompt communication. We love Marco Island and enjoyed biking, walking the beach, many local seafood restaurants, swimming in the lovely pool at this home. We will absolutely rent again from Marco Island Vacation Properties!

Management was very helpful in furnishing basic kitchen items that were needed for cooking for family gatherings. Also quick to replenish propane when needed. Pool was clean and heated. Nice sized bedrooms, and pocket and barn doors give nice ensuite feel for the bedrooms. Not walkable to the beach, but not a downside for us personally. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend

Reviewer Comments: all in all we were satisfied. the house is small but cozy and just big enough for 4 people. everything was very clean and modern/renovated. We liked: quiet and well-functioning air conditioning, the large beautiful pool with good outdoor area, modern furnishings, large and comfortable beds. We didn't like: the kitchen was only very basic (unfortunately not even things like salt or pepper were available, there is no kettle), only 2 bicycles, dirty and poorly functioning grill, the location in the corner of the small canal - very close in terms of neighborhood, polyester sheets/bedding

This property was well maintained and excellent location on Marco Island.
