Stayed Sep 27, 2024Loved our stay at this property. It was nice to get away from the stresses of the world and relax by the water. Great common and outside areas. Perfect for a group. The screened patio was our favorite place to be and the sporty among us loved the paddle boards. Depending on what you are looking for, the only downside is that it takes a while to get an Uber out there but if you have a car that is no issue. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Everyone enjoyed the big front porch and the great view. It was also very convenient to go down to the dock and go kayaking and paddle boarding and swimming. All the beds were very comfortable, and the house was well stocked with dining utensils, and cookware. We are a quiet family and found that it was a nice quiet neighborhood to enjoy our vacation in. It was also very convenient to a large variety of restaurants, of course, including lots of seafood. Yes, we highly recommend. Have a great day. Thank you.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023My friends and I had a wonderful, relaxing week at this lovely, comfortable house on the Annisquam River. Great swimming off the dock at high tide, and one of our group really enjoyed paddle boarding - watching striped bass jumping and waterfowl fishing. Waking to birdsong is a super way to start the day. The spacious screened-in porch is perfect for reading, conversing and enjoying a meal while savoring the view. Nice outdoor shower is a bonus. Margaret the owner is super friendly, helpful and responsive. The overall experience gets a 10 out of 10!

Stayed Jul 20, 2023We had an amazing time during our stay here. The views are beautiful and we had a stunning sunset. We swam to the raft and lounged in the sun. We loved paddle boarding along the river and seeing the egrets and osprey. My niece loved crabbing at low tide. Reading and eating on the porch was perfect. Town was a short drive and has a great bookstore. Good Harbor beach had fun waves for boogie boarding. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Margaret was an attentive host and our questions were answered quickly. I highly recommend this rental!
