Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at this property in November 2025. The property was quite clean and we found enough supplies of paper goods, etc to get us going during our stay. The best spot is definitely on the lanai with an awesome view of the bay and lots of dolphin, fish and wildlife to watch. The TV setups were excellent and we appreciated the newer smart tv's with voice controls for channel changing and Netfix and Amazon Prime. The overall condition of the home is very good but there were some issues with the master bedroom bedsheets being of poor quality and ill fitting. Several mornings we woke up wrapped up in the bottom sheets which just don't stay put.I found a second set of king sheets and these were slightly better and stayed put a bit more. The foot board on the master bed is very loose and wobbles quite a bit. There are some broken, taped windows on the back side of the house behind the pool table and in the third bedroom. The small couch in the kitchen is missing side panels and shows the bare wood and underpinnings for the upholstery. Finally, the master bedroom shower area is huge and its floor turns into a skating rink when really needs a shower mat or two.

Saw some dolphins during the day and had nice Marco skyline at night. We were able to walk into Marco Square for dinner and to the beach access in about 20-30min.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed this was the first villa that had a kettle for make tea being Brits we like are tea in the morning We have been coming to Marco for many years and found that Andrew and his team are so helpful in every way . The house also had welcome packs in the kitchen and bathrooms this was a great help when we first arrived Andrew also arrange for some groceries to be there at the villa when we arrived due to late arrival from the U.K.They are the best company for vaccination rentals we have used many timesJohn Rowsell

The villa caters for all our needs and was extremely clean and tidy. The view of the canal with dolphins swimming is wonderful to experience daily. We had an issue where the Air Conditioning failed and the problem was very promptly dealt with, identified as a blown motor on the unit and the faulty item replaced the same day. MIVP are always easy to contact, all staff are very polite and eager to assist. We cannot recommend the villa. and MIVP highly enough. So much so - we've already booked for 2025! Plenty local restaurants etc and we especially liked the Marco Island Brewery. If you are considering Marco Island for your vacation then look no further than MARCO ISLAND VACATION PROPERTIES.

The key pick up was smooth, staff was nice, house was super clean and the location is excellent. The views of the water from the pool deck is our favorite. The proximity to the public beach access is walkable in 15 mins or bike it in 5 mins. The Marriott is about the same distance. Our first time renting his home was with our 2 kids and this time just my wife and I. Its perfect for a small family or just a couples getaway. The hospitality app is super helpful with handy information and the house and area. Also the text alerts provide timely reminders for putting out the trash, recycle, etc. Great experience start to finish. You cant go wrong with this company or this house!

The bikes, beach chairs, towels etc were used daily on the short ride to the beach access. The open water views at the heated pool were amazing and when the pool heat stopped working on our second day, it was quickly assessed by the pool vendor and then an electrician and repaired within 24 hours. Andrew, the Property Manager was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool table was a huge hit in the evenings to finish out the day. Thank you MIVP for a wonderful Family Christmas Vacation!!

This was our first time with marco island vacation property management and they were wonderful! We had an issue and it was taken care of right away! The home we stayed at was beautiful and well maintained. Very quiet street and close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing!
