Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home and has all the necessities you will need. This is the second time I have stayed at this home. The back porch is wonderful for relaxing with your morning coffee or for having dinner. It would be nice to have a little bigger table and chairs on the porch but, we made it work. The beds are ok but, could be updated. I gave the property a 4 on cleanliness only because the floors should have been mopped prior to our arrival. The air conditioning was not turned on prior to our arrival and it was 88 in the house. The air stopped working and we had to call for repairs. They came right away, however, the first night was very uncomfortable. Even with the couple negatives I would stay here again.

The neighborhood was very quiet, the layout of the house was the right amount of space, the porch was a nice spot to watch the canal, and the pool felt amazing in the morning. There was a fully stocked kitchen, a game cabinet, plenty of towels, pool floaties, bikes, beach toys/coolers/chairs (and a cart to carry it all!). We made many trips to the beach and there was even a shop vac to clean the sand from the rental car. There were plenty of hangers in the closets, ice packs in the freezer, a laundry basket, spices, blender for smoothies... it’s those thoughtful details that made the trip easy.

Had a great stay in Marco. House was just as described. Had everything we needed for a relaxing month!

The screened in porch across the back of the home and included the pool on the side was my families favorite part of the home. We were lucky enough to see dolphins up close. I would highly recommend this home. Loved also being only a few blocks from family that lives in Marco.

Very peaceful and quiet. Large kitchen with everything needed and more. Excellent internet connection. Cable TV with local news and movies using the owner's YouTube TV app. Comfortable bed. The large pool was clean and a decent 84°. Lots of beach towels. Huge enclosed balcony with lots of seating. We enjoyed the canal view, too, although we did not see manatees or dolphins. We liked being able to park our vehicle in the garage. Some beach supplies, and coolers. Cool bikes with helmets and locks provided. Many restaurants within a few miles as well as the beach for beautiful sunsets! We went fishing with Hook U Up Charters and shelling with Treasure Seekers, and took Hemingway Water Shuttle to Keewaydin Island for a fun beach day.

We stayed with our six and three year old and this property was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Great deck and pool area. Also, plenty of pool toys and beach supplies including bikes and a kid bike trailer.

This was the first time getting my in laws out of the state of Illinois. I am so glad we landed at this property. Right on the canal and about half mile from the beach. The owner John was amazing. Answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Plenty of space for our family. There was tons for us to do as well. Bikes, games, pool items, beach chairs, towels, you name it. I have stayed at many places for vacations and my kids travel sports this is by far the best and nicest. Thank you John!!!

If we had any problems or questions, we always had a quick response. We will be visiting more in the future.
