I had a wonderful stay. The property is well-maintained and clean. The master bed was perfect for me; it was so comfy that I almost didn't want to get up in the morning. I really enjoyed the canal, where I caught several fish and saw dolphins on a couple of days. The pool, while not large, was perfect for getting in some swim time. The location is great, close to a grocery store and a short drive to the beach, in a beautiful neighborhood. There were only a couple of minor issues that should be addressed. One evening, the house got a little cool, and when I turned on the heat, the smoke alarm went off. I assume this was due to the vents not being cleaned out from not being used. The water pressure in the master shower was low, but I managed. The kitchen could use some plastic storage containers to store leftover food after cooking. These were minor issues that did not really affect the enjoyment of my stay. I would highly recommend this property, and I look forward to returning.

One of the stairs was broke when we arrived. The kitchen could use new supply's such as Tupperware, utensils, silverware etc. Beach chairs could also use some updating. We were in Orlando and supposed to go back home on Monday, but on Sunday afternoon we decided we wanted to head south for more sunshine. We looked at homes and luckily found this one. The management company was quick to approve our booking. When we arrived at the house we immediately noticed the cleanliness, which we appreciated the most. The view of the canal was beautiful and the pool was perfect for our kids. The location was great being close to Publix and all of the best restaurants. We ordered breakfast from the Red Rooster a few days which I highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

The back living area (family room, kitchen eating area, lanai) has a wonderful canal view. It was very clean with new furnishings throughout. Master bedroom and bathroom is very nice. The quirks - there is only one additional bathroom intended to serve the other 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (upstairs loft area) has no bathroom on that floor. The microwave oven is at knee height in the kitchen. The soap/shampoo shelf in the master bathroom is also at knee height. Finally, the front of the house faces San Marco Blvd which is one of the busier streets in Marco. Fortunately, Marco Island is very quiet with little traffic after 9 pm.

We had a great time staying at this house. The kids and adults all enjoyed the pool and outside space the most. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool/beach accessories provided were great. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked very nice and new. Contacting the property manager was so simple and they got back to us right away to help us with any problems we had (AC and pool heater had turned themselves off, they were fixed within a couple hours). We didn’t have internet while we were there, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

The layout was great, had everything we needed, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the kids loved fishing off the dock in the back. It was wonderful having the beach chairs and umbrella available but recommend getting to the beach early if you were there during a busy time of year. We also enjoyed the bikes and it was a quick and easy trip to Publix and the hardware store. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

Plenty of beach amenities are included (chairs, cooler, umbrella), four bikes too. The pool is small but warm and clean with lots of floatie toys for the kids to use. The couch mentioned in earlier reviews was replaced during our stay. TVs and wifi were great, no problems. My only comments are that not enough bath or pool towels were initially provided, but the management company responded immediately when we asked for more...the only other negative: this house needs a pizza wheel cutter desperately! We had a relaxing time here, and management was responsive and proactive.
