Waterfront Home on Lake Hamilton w/ Dock & 2 Decks

Fantastic stay! Very cute house!Only problem was the vacuum didnt work very well, so we werent able to clean us as much as we wanted to.

The host was super accommodating and was very responsive to the one issue we had. The place was very clean and we felt like home. Great view of the waterway and close to everything that Hot Springs has to offer. We would definitely come back.

my in laws celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in May, so their sons and their families planned a trip to get together. The lake house was a great place for us to connect and spend time together. Our whole family loved this property and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our kids are already planning our next trip

We stayed in this house and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything you need is right there. The location is perfect with lots of outdoor space, right on the lake and close to everything. If you have a boat, there is a dock right out the back door. Inside the house is very nicely decorated and our bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this house!

We came up for Easter weekend, and this place was amazing. Large and open which is perfect for our family. Right on the water, very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were just as nice. The additional touches to the home, really added to our trip. The host was in contact and the checkin/checkout policy was super simple. We'll definitely be booking this one again.

We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stayed longer! The house is really cute and comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful! It was clean and I believe every appliance, cookware, or dish you could need for your stay is there. The beds are nice and the bathrooms are clean and cute. The living area is also comfortable and fun games are provided for families to play. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely go back! *The bedroom with bunk beds is the only one with a tv. This wasn't a problem for us, but some people may expect a tv in every bedroom. There is a nice size tv in the living area.*

We stayed four kids and two adults. Older kids. It was great the dock was awesome. It was close to hiking and all kinds of stuff to do. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Had toilet paper, paper towels, sheets and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning waterfront views. The location was perfect—convenient and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this property. The house is beautifully decorated, well furnished, stocked with amenities, and the surrounding nature was gorgeous. It’s a very serene environment inside and out. We will definitely return for our next getaway.

Pics don't do this home justice! It's bigger than it looks & IMPECCABLY CLEAN. Very well stocked with everything you could ever need - we loved using the electric griddle instead of the stovetop. The oversized quartz kitchen island-peninsula is the heart of this home. Dishes & cookware are good quality. Beds are comfortable with hotel-quality linens, pillows are new & great quality. Plenty of seating, eating & lounging spaces. Secondary bedrooms have trundle beds - this place can host A LOT of people. Peaceful water views across the back of the house. Great swimming, fishing & boating right out the back door. Low boat traffic inlet for floating (but very deep). Excellent location: far enough out of town for serenity yet close enough that HSNP & tourist activities are an easy drive. Easy to fish off the dock & water's edge. My only recommendation is to take a portable fan - which we did thanks to previous reviews. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms if you're a hot sleeper. Take an extension cord if you need to blow up inflatable rafts. I'm a life-long Realtor so my OCD couldn't help but adjust the A/C vents around the whole house - we noticed a big difference in air flow & hopefully future guests leave them open. ;-) Owner is easily available if needed. You can tell they've made a serious investment & they know what they're doing. We were overjoyed with surprise when we walked in & sad to leave when we walked out. We could live here full time. 10 stars.

We loved our first stay at this waterfront home. The house was close to town where we ate and spent a day at Magic Springs, and a short drive to Remmel Dam for our daytime float trip and Lake Catherine for our waterfall hike. The kids stayed busy morning and evenings fishing and canoeing off the dock. Walmart+ had local delivery, and the house was well stocked with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. We did go buy fans because none of the rooms have ceiling fans, (and the only vent in the bunk room is under the trundle) but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. My father-in-law was unable to use the front stairs into the house due to no handrails but it was very easy to get to the back deck and up those stairs. An inconvenience but, again, not a deal breaker. It would have been nice to use the boat ramp right there next to the house instead of driving a couple miles away to use one. The property was very clean and offered everything we could have needed. I would absolutely book here again if we are ever back in the area.
