So lovely to sit in the morning and watch the Dolphins swimming in the bay.

The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was lovely and the river behind allowed us to enjoy the wildlife and the beauty of nature. The house was very clean and well equipped, well laid out, and perfect for our family.

The house was lovely, it had everything we needed, nice and clean, lovely warm swimming pool and lovely lanai. Fishing was excellent and nice to see dolphins swimming past. We would recommend this house and hope to be back soon.

Furniture was perfect too - nice big couch where the four of us could sit and not be cramped. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. Pool toys, fishing poles and beach chairs were in the garage. Area is very quiet and what a view from the back! We fished off the dock every day. Didn't catch anything to brag about but it was still a great time. The pool is very nice too. We got a kick out of feeding the iguanas out back. They love apples. Any place we wanted to go on the Island was about a 5-10 minute drive. If you stay here, you have to drive to the Crabby Lady Restaurant in Goodland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning on staying there again!

The house has maintenance issues which includes:hot water in second bathroom didn’t heat up, floor and base boards dirty, kitchen had ants.we would stay again because of the pool and lanai was where we spent most of out time

We saw dolphins playing multiple times, they even swam up against the sea wall, we saw baby sharks almost daily, alligators twice and there were iguanas living under the pool. The property management company was professional and responded to our concerns promptly.
