Find the best of all worlds at this polished, waterfront home in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, a wonderful escape for swimmers, sun-seekers, and golf enthusiasts alike. In one direction, greet each morning with serene sunrise views across the marsh. In the other, stroll four blocks through the heart of town to the soft golden sand of Cherry Grove Beach.

This three-story home enjoys a prime location on the marsh in North Myrtle Beach. Within a mile of your door, find the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Surf Golf & Beach Club, and an assortment of dining, shopping, and other conveniences. After a day of fun in the sun, you'll be greeted back at home by a private pool on the shaded patio beneath the house.

Inside, find an open, light-filled living space on the second floor that brings together the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room. Slide open the kitchen's glass doors to let in the sea breeze as you cook, seat your guests at two dining tables and a breakfast bar, and gather on cozy recliners to watch movies (on cable or streaming) after dinner.

Spend golden hour unwinding on the balcony off the living room, the balcony off the main-floor bedroom suite, or the third-floor balcony accessible through two bedrooms. There are five bedrooms in all (each with a TV) - the main-floor suite and four upper-level bedrooms, one of which is a primary suite. Additional amenities include a gas grill for summer barbecues, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

    The oven needs some maintenance- it took two hours to heat two small containers of dip- should have taken 30min to possibly 45min. There is black mold in one of the bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Also the kitchen did not have any hot pads, no large pots and basic items missing. ( can opener did not work, only one reg knife, no collander)

    Do Not Book with Vacas! This was the worse experience with booking a location to stay for the holidays with my family.My family and I had scheduled to stay in North Myrtle Beach for the Christmas Holiday’s 2024 with Vacas Homes December 24-27th. On the first day, 24th, we get to the location, the remote to the den TV box did not work. I tried changing the batteries, and other remotes throughout the house to the den TV as the Vacas Representative asked of me on via text. Nothing worked. The other TVs throughout the house worked in their rooms, but the main television for family movies and viewing was completely inoperative from the 24th-26th afternoon when they finally delivered a new remote. When we checked in, the house was not as clean as they guaranteed. There was dust on the walls above the door frames, especially in the bathrooms and on the lights above the bathroom sink. There were stains on the chairs, especially the stained bench on the third floor under the hallway mirror. Roaches in the kitchen! During Christmas breakfast while we were cooking on the stove, a roach ran across the stove. Luckily, we killed it, and immediately reported it via text. Vacas’ response was “Is there bug spray?” Then we found a dead roach in the drawer in the kitchen next to the stove, and a dead roach on the windowsill next to the kitchen counter. This is NOT what I purchased! I expected at least the location we were booking to hold up its end with cleanlines

    The AC went out and it got about 75 degrees but it was late at night so I didn’t bother messaging, however at about 5am it became too much so I did message and they had someone out by 2:00 and we were cooled down shortly after. I was very impressed with their communication and quick reaction time to getting us fixed on such a hot week! Would stay again!

    The unit was not very clean. Our feet were black after 90 minutes of being barefoot in the house. We wore socks and shoes from then on. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and dead crabs. It had not been cleaned prior to our visit. We requested service for it but that did not happen. The location is very close for beach access and we did enjoy that aspect of the house.

    House was well accommodated for a large group or family. The location is ideal as there are many restaurants and shopping right around it without needing to go into the heart of MB. Walking distance to the oceanfront and beautiful views of the sound off the back porch. Will be booking again.

    This house was spacious for the entire family. We had everything we needed in the house! The house was great for the kids and had some many accommodations for all. Would definitely book again!
