Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet and the utility room. We will be readily available for any questions or assistance through the app!

The area is known for its beautiful beaches, including Egypt Beach and Minot Beach, ideal for relaxing or exploring. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors, visit nearby parks, or simply unwind by the water, this location provides an ideal base for your getaway.

You will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
