The gourmet kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering top-of-the-line appliances (including a professional-grade gas range and an extra-large refrigerator), high-end cookware, and an island with bar seating for four. You can mingle with your loved ones in the adjacent sitting area, flip on the TV in the living room as you cook, and set the dining room table for a sunset dinner overlooking the river and the surrounding mountains.
But the outdoor space is truly the heart of this home, whether you're swimming or setting sail from the private dock, preparing an al fresco dinner on the gas grill, or counting the evening stars from the bubbly warmth of the private hot tub. After dinner, you can roast marshmallows around the backyard firepit, catch up on a bit of remote work at the desk by the gas fireplace inside, or retreat to the in-home game room with a pool table, a wet bar, and an enormous flatscreen TV. At night, you'll have your choice of four spacious bedrooms - one on the main floor and three upstairs.

The home was spectacular! Boat dock was easy to use and we loved the built in bumpers for our brand new boat. Beds were comfortable as well. We will have to return. I would just recommend higher quantity paper towels and TP and more of it for the price. But 10 stars other then that.
House was perfect for us, clean large excellent boat dock in quiet area close to many restaurants, stores, and necessary needs near by.
The house was great. I could wake up to that view every day. It was conveniently located near Coeur d’lane. We rode the Hiawatha trail, rode horses in the mountains and played golf at the floating green. The sauna then the plunge in the river was very cool. Thanks for everything, Randy
Well there isn't much to not LOVE about this home! Plenty of room for everyone and just a beautiful setting! Had a boat for 4 days, and the dock was absolutely perfect! Even when we didn't have the boat it was so much fun laying in the sun and jumping in the water to cool off! The views are incredible! We hope to be back again soon!
Loved this property - close to everything shopping for groceries and close to several nice restaurants for a change of eating out instead of in. Everything there we needed. Easy access in and out of water. Awesome boat dock. Friendly neighbors. Wish our 2nd week was still here - had to change properties cuz our 2nd week of vacation this place was already booked.
Great location, excellent views,
Fully stocked house with everything you could need. A perfect doc for boating and perfectly still morning water made for a fantastic vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Kimberly
I would say all went smoothly from reserving, to check in, to check out. Only downside was, on our arrival we discovered dishwasher and bbq grill did not work. We were not told in advance. Three days later we received a text that a repair “could” happen (that day) or the “actual day” we were checking out.? With no previous attention, too little too late, in my opinion, so we just kept washing by hand when needed. As for accommodation? It was well stocked and very clean (inside). All other appliances were nice and in good order. There were TV’s a plenty and a nice pool table. The beds were comfy; some found beds soft, others hard, but that’s to be expected. What wasn’t expected was the house was in need of several repairs and a few pieces of furniture really needed to be discarded (torn, stained, old, broken). I was shocked how badly stained the carpet was in the master. These items were a real distraction from the otherwise well appointed house. Now, this part ticks me off. I had to clean the outside patios myself. They were really dusty with debris everywhere. This isn’t really acceptable to me as we booked the house months and months ago. They knew we were coming: day, time, etc. This item should have been freshly done. Sadly, some plants were dying too. Being a gardener, I watered them. It was easy to tell the ivy had been was gorgeous in its day. Their pots seemed good but I kept them moist too as they were drying out. The pictures on the site show you none of this side of things so be advised. It’s obvious location is the real draw for this house. With beautiful views you can tolerate imperfections. Sadly, our week was fraught with unusual smoke filled skies but that’s not the norm. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay as we came to be with family. We’ve certainly stayed in better homes but also had some real doozies in the past that we refused. It was a fine clean house, good for families with kids (or grandmas and grandpas) who can handle stairs and swim well.
My family just spent a week at this fabulous River Estate House. First of all, you can't beat the river views! From dawn to sunset, the views from every level of the home are spectacular. Secondly, the home is in pristine condition, and lovingly decorated and cared for. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances including a brand new Wolf oven and cooktop. The house is supplied with plenty of dishes, cookware, glassware and towels. We rented a boat and were able to easily dock it on the large, spacious private dock. Our daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock to cool off! The grill with outside dining and fire pit was a fun place to dine, toast s'mores and relax at night. We had a great time and will certainly book again if available! I predict this home will stay fully booked next summer! Thanks so much for a wonderful family get away!
Great location with a beautiful view. Wished the place came with toys for the water. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great time.
