This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    The home and pool was very nice. Fishing was also very good. I will say if you go to sleep early, the noise from the pool might keep you up b/c it’s so close but it was still very enjoyable. The view from the front door makes it worth still getting this house compared to one further away.

    Adult family and 2 small dogs. Stayed for four days. Really enjoyed the waterfront views. Took our yaks out into the shallows of laguna madre. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. Management team was eager to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. This was our second time booking a property in this group of homes. Both times have been wonderful. We’ll definitely book again!

    The property is very cool, an awesome location. The house does move a lot in the wind (there were gale warnings when we stayed). The living room furniture is HORRIBLE. Total garbage and extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. You’re not in Port A in this house it’s Flour Bluff so update the “what’s around” on your description. These people will text you ALOT. Irritating like TEMU. So be prepared to have to send your info and that everything on your ID matches what is on the VRBO account. Otherwise it’s an issue and they will text you more and more. I am a local to the area I rented the house for family as we had a large gathering for new years. The view is great, the house is awesome, there’s piers for fishing, but this house is in Flour Bluff-not Port A. That’s about 45 mins away. Until they update the description of the area-research the actual area where the house is located. nice. Totally fine.

    The house is very nice. I had a couple of issues with the furniture. The triple bunk bed is very wobbly and seems unsafe. We had to rearrange sleeping assignments because I didn’t want anyone on the top 2 bunks. The living room furniture is very old, dirty, and uncomfortable. The dining chairs are metal slats with no cushions. Other than those few issues, we loved the place. The 2 full size beds were quite comfortable.
