Waterfront Cottage with a sand beach!

This place was by far the best place my family and I have stayed since beginning our tradition of meeting in Green Bay. Everything we needed was within 5-10 minutes. There’s even more to be enthusiastic about since we came during the winter, that anytime during the warmer months, Green Bay is right there for kayaking, chilling by the fire pit at the beach, and more. My family and I look forward to returning here on our next trip!

Very nice for our stay for a Packers game. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach since it was winter, but the house was perfect for our needs (family of 4). Cute decor, clean, fun extras like the coffee bar. The garage was converted to a heated game room, which the kids enjoyed. Host was very responsive when we had questions.

We loved this lakeside cottage. The hosts are great; easy to contact and quick to respond to questions prior to arrival, and after. It’s a fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and attractions. Everything about the cottage is well equipped with tasteful high quality furnishings. Special indoor fun was found in the attached game room. Yes we would love to stay here again.

A very clean, comfortable, and well equipped house with a lovely view of the water and a beautiful grass lawn. Comfortable beds and loved the Coffee Bar. A great place to stay!!!!!

Our family had a terrific stay at this cottage this past week. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Including kayaks, bikes and outdoor games. And the sunset views were amazing. Close to everything in town. The communication from Rick was outstanding both before and during our visit. Highly recommend.

We came up to stay a week from Omaha to visit with family. The location worked really well and the yard and provided yard toys were great when we had some family over one night. Rich was very good at communication and always responded within an hour and normally much faster. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a small family

I wish we hadnt brought so many things from home because tge property had just about everything we needed for our 2 and 5 year old. Also loved the dog friendly atmosphere as well. We had so much fun! Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!!!This is a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing location. On the beach of large lake in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Cottage is very charming. Open concept from kitchen to living room. Wood floors and heated bathroom floor! Definitely a 5 stay!!!

Our stay at the waterfront cottage was wonderful! The place was even cuter in person than in the pictures. It was a very quiet location with great views of the bay but still within 15 minutes of all the Green Bay attractions. The host was very response throughout our stay. The garage bonus space is such a nice addition for kids or adults reliving their favorite childhood games! We would love to return in the summer when we can take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities. Highly recommend!

This cozy house was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip up to see a Packers game! It was perfectly comfortable and the owners are very responsive to questions. Made us wish we were here in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing lakefront.

We had our annual girls weekend up in Green Bay! We enjoyed staying at the cottage! It was very close to downtown and lots of other areas. We did attend the Packers game and we had no issues with traffic. Rick did a great job responding to my messages and checking in. 5/5 we would stay here again!

We were in town visiting for our son-in-law’s birthday. The house was in a beautiful location close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very clean and well equipped. We had a great visit.

Beautiful and peaceful

When we wanted to book a house for a game, we were looking for something close to the stadium. BUT, this house backs up to the beach and is a little paradise on the water. We couldn't keep the boys out of the water and Lambeau was only 8-9 minutes away. Totally worth the trade-off. The owners were very communicative and keep a nice property.

We had a great stay here! Great communication with the host! We used the available kayaks and bicycles. Super quiet and relaxing. There is a separate game/play area in the house. Lots of fun! Only 1 suggestion, to have more folding/camping chairs to bring down to the water. Thanks for the memories!

Had a terrific time with the grandchildren. Bay Beach Amusement Park and the New Zoo just added to the fun. The beach house and layout with the big yard are perfect, Location is great. We would have stayed longer if we could have. Who would have thought a place on Green Bay had so much to offer? A definite 5 star experience.

This property lives up to its description and then some! It’s a gorgeous property on the bay with a sand beach, and all of the amenities that you can imagine. Do you have the ability to use their kayaks and bicycles as well as just sitting on the dock to enjoy some of the most gorgeous sunsets. The home itself is charming, clean, and the decor is second to none. The host was extremely responsive with every question we had. We will definitely stay here again! It’s close to everything we enjoy in Green Bay! Highly recommend!

This 2 bedroom cottage on the beach was outstanding for our family vacation. My wife and I and two young children had plenty of room and all the amenities that we needed. The attached garage which is a game room was perfect for the kids to play in and loaded with toys and other games. The hosts were super responsive and answers all our questions within minutes. I would highly recommend this property to any families looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The location is great as well, just down the road from the amusement park and wildlife sanctuary. 10/10!
