Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is OUTSTANDING!!! Also, loved being so close to the river and lake! One of the few condos that have A/C and the kids loved the top loft. We lost electricity due to storm damage and management was great about keeping in communication with us about the progress of it being restored. Cleanliness was good, but the fridge could use updated as it struggled to keep temperature down and we had alot of food in there to keep cold since we did alot of cooking there.

A great spot right by the lake. It was a working vacation for us so we appreciated that the wifi was reliable. Not a lot of gathering space inside, but that wasn't the goal. Everything worked and was clean, and you can't beat the location! Would rent again.

Reviewer Comments: After the first year I called regarding the condo and told them the TV wasn’t working lucky my husband worked hard again to get it to work. Told them last year the couch was full of sand and the floor was too. This year still some sand on couch and on the floor with crumbs. This was our last year staying in this condo.

Location is great, can drive to glen arbor in minutes. Unobstructed views of the sunsets every evening. Very quiet, the week we stayed was off season and right before the summer rush would begin. Would go on the balcony and the only noises was the water on the beach and birds.

The condo was nice but no real common area to hang out except at kitchen table or setee. The TV area was upstairs in loft bedroom with 2 large chairs. For 4 people 2 had chairs and 2 sat on the bed. The location was good.

The property was a perfect location to relax, unwind, and totally disconnect from business life. Our main concern was no smoke detectors!!! The brackets were located in two areas with the actual smoke detector missing. The fire extinguisher was last inspected in April of 2019 with expiration one year from that date. Not ideal when considering safety.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and being on Lake! Unsalted & Shark Free! Had a great time in Glenn Arbor area and exploring the dunes. Look forward to return trip to Northern Michigan.

Loved the quick easy access to a private beach. House well furnished and fit our family of 5 perfectly! The condo complex was quiet. Laundry services on property for $ was nice for the middle and end of our stay. Glen Arbor is our fav little quaint town. We have stayed at 3 condos in the Homestead and this is by far our favorite location and view!

Reviewer Comments: We loved the scenery form the condo. Enjoyed the area and most of the condo. We want to plan on coming back but a couple things need to be taken care of. The bathroom sink on the main floor would fill up and very slowly drain. Queen Mattress upstairs was very uncomfortable and would slide around. We will be coming back but thought as an owner you would like to know. Thanks
