Waterfront Cheboygan Home w/ Fire Pit

This was our second stay at the Manderson Lake House in Cheboygan. Another amazing vacation right on Lake Huron with private beach and water toys to enjoy. In a secluded spot but close enough to Mackinaw City and the ferry to Mackinac Island. The house is clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great views from the house or backyard. Highly recommend!

The property and view were stunning. Anything you needed was there except your clothing and food. The owners were very accommodating and thought of pretty much everything you could need Very private and most comfortable. Highly highly recommend. It was perfect for 6 adults and 4 little ones. Beach was wonderful. We would definitely go back. Miss it already.

Well appointed and very clean home on lovely private beach. Enjoyed canoes, paddle boat and Fire pit with 9 adirondack chairs. Upstairs bed a bit firm. Appreciated very clean home, warm remote welcome, lots of cookware and grill.

What a great place to stay. You wake up every morning with Lake Huron welcoming you. The great lakeshore for walking, finding that special rock or sitting and relaxing. The house has everything you could possible need. You are close enough to Mackinac but far enough to be with nature. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the property with our extended family for a long weekend gate-a-way. My grandparents are handicapped and had no trouble with their stay, my son is 8 months old and did great with the stay as well. The first day, we noticed the fridge wasn't cooling to temp, all our food was lukewarm. Within hours, a new fridge was installed with quick communication directly from the owners of the property. Not only is the property amazing and perfect for an extended family stay, but the owners are outstanding and very accommodating.

We loved this lakehouse. Perfect for our group of 5 but sleeps 12. Amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed sitting around the firepit and listening to the lake. Loved using the water toys. Weather was perfect mid 70's. Close enough to visit Mackinaw City and take the ferry to Mackinac Island which were very enjoyable. The owner's make the home very welcoming and comfortable. We hope to return next summer and highly recommend!!

What a wonderful lake house! The property had everything our multigenerational family needed for a summer beach/lake vacation. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful setting on the lake, perfect for playing and relaxing. Well-appointed kitchen for preparing meals and special snacks. We appreciated all the labels on cabinets and light switches! Great video collection and lots of games for rainy days. While there were only 4 of us, the house comfortably sleeps 12! Would highly recommend for a family gathering or hanging out with old friends. The beach is private and quiet. Wonderful experience.

What a great home with a private beach. House is well stocked with everything needed for your stay. Do not hesitate to book this house. Very high on my list of houses we’ve rented around the country and Mexico. Beach has paddle boat, kayaks and life jackets for your use. Nice dock to hang out or enter the water. Was really cold, but you got used to it. Large barge traffic most days. Sunrise right over Lake Huron and also had full moons rise over the Lake. We’ll definitely stay again if in the area. Extremely well furnished lake house with amazing views. Everything you need aside from food was there in order to have a great family vacation. The kayaks and paddle board were a hit with our teens. Everyone enjoyed the home, lake, and location to the Cheboygan and Mackinaw areas.
