Waterfront Charmer with Pool, Hot Tub, Games, and Bikes.

The house was great! Would recommend and stay again. The pool area was awesome! My kids spent hours at the pool. The TV outside was one of the reason we booked this property above the rest.

Wonderful location and close to many restaurants.

Visited with 5 friends for a golf trip… perfect place both in size and set up. We didn’t go out much because the lanai/pool area was fantastic! Comfy bedrooms plus 2 large family rooms too!

Place was very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. Two of us had to share a room with twin beds, but it didn’t bother us. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and heated well. The outdoor seating area was very nice with plenty of seating and the ability to open all the sliding doors was great since the weather was perfect (late February). Most people probably don’t cook on vacation, but we cooked and grilled almost every meal and the kitchen was big and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. A bit of a drive to get places, but everything (beach, golf, baseball, airport) was about 30 minutes away and not too bad. There’s a grocery store right down the street. Host communicated well and check-in couldn’t have been easier.

We had a group of 8 that comfortably stayed in this beautiful home. We didn’t spend a lot of time indoors though as the pool area was so inviting. It has been a while since I’ve stayed at a home that didn’t have pool issues or that didn’t have a complicated system. The temp was perfect. Outdoor seating was very nice and the neighbors are friendly. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and we enjoyed a tour with Big Tiki Tours. We purchased the toll package for our rental cars thinking we would be leaving Cape Coral but we never did. It was nice to keep travels light to spend more time at this home. Our communication with the host was always prompt and courteous. Information provided at the house was concise and helpful.Overall, we had a fabulous time during our stay. This is a great place to gather with family and friends.

Our annual family trip to Cape Corral was amazing with a stay at this house. Everything was as described, and the pool temp was great for how chilly it was outside. It was nice to have the outdoor heater for sitting at the patio set. The two separate living rooms was nice for everyone to have their own space. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Property was great !

Brought the entire family of 9 down for a week. Couldn't keep the grandkids out of the pool, everybody had a bed and a room. Always something to do, restaurants, stores all 2 minutes away. Looking forward to coming back.

This home was perfect for our family weekend. The kids spent the entire time in the pool and were exhausted by nighttime. It’s a cozy home that offers ample space for each family member to be comfortable and independent. We loved the neighborhood, 3 minutes away from Publix and Walgreens. Everyone had a wonderful time.
