Waterfront Canal Priv Home. 3BD, 2BA, Pool, Kayak+Cabana Club! 70' Seawall-KCB

Great location and great home! Only a few minutes boat ride from Vaca Cut, easy access to the Gulf and the Ocean. Nice quiet canal with lots of room for a boat. This was our second time staying at this house and we will be returning in the future!What I learned from the first trip is I brought 4 panels of blackout curtains for the master bedroom because it’s very bright in the morning and tough to sleep in, other than that it’s ideal.

We had such a great week at this house. Perfect location for boating with easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. The dock was in great shape and we appreciated the bait cleaning station. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family. We loved having the pool and the hot tub. This has been our favorite place we have stayed here in Marathon and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed every minute of this beautiful home and location in KCB is a must for us. The property owners were very accommodating with any request/needs, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in, while visiting Marathon over the last 15 years.

We had a great family vacation at this house. The location is very good, close to restaurants, grocery, bait shops, etc. We rented a boat and the proximity to Vaca Cut was great with easy access to both ocean and bay sides. Two Conchs Marina was very close with cheap gas (just stay REALLY close to the docks/seawall on the approach as there is a very narrow channel). The dock setup was nice with plenty of room and good rub rails on the pilings. Pool was nice and private, hot tub was fantastic. Back porch area was spacious and relaxing with plenty of seating. We liked the inside layout with a great room and the kids bedrooms on the opposite side from the master bedroom. The best part is the hosts. Amazing communication and incredibly kind and accommodating. Great value and would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this property—absolutely perfect for our fishing trip! The private dock out back made things super convenient—we were able to tie up our boat, keep our live well bait cage in the water, and head out to the ocean at a moment’s notice. The public boat ramp is just minutes away, which made launching and loading a breeze.While our focus was on fishing, the property had so much more to offer. There’s a pool, kayaks, and other gear onsite, so it really has something for everyone. After long days on the water, it was great to come back to a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place to unwind. Plenty of parking made it easy for our group and the boat trailer.Highly recommend this spot—whether you're here to fish, paddle, swim, or just relax, it’s got everything you need for a fantastic stay!

House was completely as described. Very clean. Beautiful clean pool and easy access for your boat to go out to ocean and Gulf.

We were very impressed with the home! Loved sitting at channel look into water. My grandson caught some fish right out the back door, we even seen a few manatees one night. We used the kayak and paddle board also. House was homey and used the pool several times. The host reached out to make sure all was good. Definitely would use again if in area. Place was as described.

Super grateful and pleased to be able to stay at this property. It had all the amenities we were looking for. My boys loved the hot tub and pool. We truly enjoyed our time there.

House was very nice. Great havibg a pool and hot tub. Also was able to do a little fishing on the canal from the back patio. All great. would stay again. Only complaint is that the sliding back patio door could not lock. We were able to secure the door with a broom stick when we left the house, but owner should fix this.

The house location is great. Near beautiful beaches, on the water, very clean, nice pool and close to many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, the warm weather and sunshine. Owner was excellent with communication and nice to talk to. A definate property I would return too.

House located in Key Colony Beach in Marathon was wonderful. Loved the neighborhood and park down the street. Great if you bring your boat. House had everything we needed.

This property worked perfectly for our group of 5 with a teenager. The pool was private and a great place to relax and catch some sun. The layout of the house was great as my in-laws were with us and they had their own space. The only downfall was that we had to leave!

My family really enjoyed this house for our trip to Marathon, FL. It had everything you needed and more. My children really enjoyed having the pool right there. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. We will definitely be back again.

Place was our favorite rental over the past 15 years of visiting KCB. Will definitely book this one again.

Been staying here since 2019, love the simplicity of this house.

Love this house and will stay again. But it could use a little work on minor things such as ceiling fans fixed Ang maybe some anti slip put down by the front door. All in all a great family house.

Great week, the location is central to everything in marathon. Nice pool, clean well maintained home and perfect dock for the boat. lots of wildlife. Manatees, nurse sharks and iguanas visited us at the dock. Absolutely no complaints.

Wonderful property with a pool, boat dock, and a neighborhood to ride bikes!
