Very spacious well appointed home on Lake Lanier. Close to Gainesville and 25 minutes from Road Atlanta. We enjoy the large kitchen deck space. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms.

Easy check-in, lovely cabin, and the dock is ideal!

Clean, spacious, accommodated our family of 14 very well. Host were very communicative.

The house is beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities that you need. Even on the rainy day, we had the opportunity to play pool on the lower level, darts on the main floor and cards on the 2nd floor. It has a wonderful kitchen that was well stocked with everything you needed to cook a wonderful meal. There are 3 decks that were wonderful for enjoying the beautiful evenings. It was a quite refuge for our family and we had a wonderful long weekend. The location is excellent where you have seclusion but are less than 10 minutes away for the Kroger and Publix and several restaurants. Getting to downtown Gainsville to enjoy the great restaurants and coffee shops on the square was quick and easy. Tera was an exceptional host checking on us to make sure we were OK after the storm in the area. This listing is one of the most accurate of any property that I have rented and I would highly recommend this property for a large group gathering. Thank you Tera and Jason!!

In town for a couple days for a wedding. House is great. Clean, organized, easy checkin and out. Great communication with host.

We enjoyed our stay, and the area was very calm. The lake views from the house were beautiful, and there was lots of space. We all enjoyed the golf cart rides back and forth to the lake.

We had a wonderful time at Tera’s house! It was plenty big for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The kids enjoyed the pool table and poker, and the adults enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen for games as well as the fire pit and coffee options. Close to restaurants etc even though it feels rural. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Knotty Pines. The house is beautiful, very clean, well stocked with all cookware. The dock is large, we had some nice nights watching the otters on the river. Beds are comfortable. The fireplace was nice. We saw a few deer. Tera is very nice and responded very quickly to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with friends during our wedding weekend, as our venue was in Gainesville. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The views are beautiful and it was the best part of the stay. All the amenities were great, of course. I would recommend this place to others.

We had a great time staying at this location. House was clean and perfectly met our needs. When we needed to communicate with the owners, they were extremely responsive.

The property was very nice and located in a very quiet wooded area. Room situation was good for our family because the girls had an area all to themselves and so did the boys. It was nice to step out onto the porch in the morning and have deer visiting. Access to the dock was a little challenging and that information was fully explained. Life jackets of all sizes were provided so it wasn't difficult for everyone to have one that fit. Overall it was a great time.

I just had a birthday and my grandson just graduated from high school so this was a get together for our family. The house was absolutely stunning and full of every possible thing that you could or need. Air-conditioning was great, beds were comfy. Lots of space for everyone! We really enjoyed the pool table and the double dock. Even though we had rain Saturday morning, we still had a blast!
