Waterfront Beaver Lake Hideaway w/ Kayaks & More!

Great get away. House and grounds were amazing! Such a fun spot!!

We would like to see better access to the water with either a dock or cleaning up the driftwood and brush. Great property and very responsive & helpful hosts!There was an issue during our stay and the host had a repair man there promptly for a fix. Would stay agin.

Overall this was a great vacation home. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property was nice and relaxing. The walk to the water isn't bad but there were a lot of trees in the water where you would get into swim. Not a ideal swimming spot. If you are looking for a home to just getaway and get some peace and quiet this home was perfect for that. The boat ramps were close by so that made it easy for us to take the boat out on the lake.

Things we wish we knew coming in to the stay. No real Lake access - Nice house - could use some additional amenities (1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper were there - had to purchase additional). The lake water is high due to all of rain this summer, which meant the water was up past the brush and we could not access the water at the property, closest swim beach was also closed due to this. 45 min drive to next beach front area. Could use a good spraying for bug's - and some candles for use while out on the porch. Several of our guests left with tons of bug bites just from three days. Kitchen had vents under the sink for AC - this makes doing the dishes very cold be prepared with socks even in the summer!! While it mentions the bunk room is accessible through master, it was not clear that it's actually the walk-in closet for the master bedroom. The Bunk room has to go through the bathroom of the master, and bedroom. Be prepared for no privacy in the Master bedroom if you have anyone in the bunk room. 4th bedroom is also just a closet in the basement. Works fine for kids, however not a true bedroom, no window.

It was the perfect spot for a family get together. Plenty of room, plenty of views, and plenty of laughs. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Beaver Lake Hideaway! There was plenty of space for our entire group and there was a lot to do in the house. It did rain pretty much all weekend we were there, but the ping pong table kept us busy. It was also nice to have covered decks for the nice weather. We ended up out on the main deck the day/night the power went down, and it was great to be in the fresh air playing board games and watching the rain. The kayaks were also a hit with my nephew who was determined to get on the lake no matter what! We think the lake level was pretty high, as we looked for a kayak put in but it must have been covered. No worries, we just made our own way! The fire pit was fun to hang around at night when it wasn't raining. There were plenty of dishes and utensils as we made family dinners each night in lieu of going out. Overall, we had a fun time at the house!

We came from different directions, bringing 3 generations together to create new family memories. It was hard to find fault with this property. Beatiful home, prestine setting, generous space, and the owners provided the best of everything. We were blown away with the quality and quantity of resources and quant

We had a wonderful stay! Even though it rained most of the weekend and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors as much as we would’ve liked; we had a nice relaxed stay. We did some shopping, some Top Golf, and exploring of surrounding towns. We ate at a couple really good restaurants, and stayed in and enjoyed the warmth of the fire and a couple of home cooked meals as well. Beautiful area and really nice home. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great house with easy access to the water. We fished, found rocks, went for walks. The house itself is beautifully done. Kitchen well stocked, plent of towels throughout the house. We had 2 dogs, 4 adults and 3 kids. The upstairs worked out great for the family since it allows us to keep the small children from getting outside. There were friendly dogs all around that loved belly rubs. Fun time had by all.

We stayed here for a few days while taking our son for a college visit to the University of Arkansas. The home was a lovely peaceful retreat and only 30 minutes from the campus. Our son caught lots of fish from the bank in front of the house and we enjoyed playing ping-pong in the evenings. The beds were super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

Since we were there in the winter and it happened to be cold and rainy, we enjoyed a quiet week of lounging about, enjoying the view, and relaxing. The house is perfect for traveling with dogs! The main deck is fully enclosed and has a stairway to a small fenced-in yard. We could all enjoy the deck! The house was very clean and thoughtfully appointed (even an extra charger in the bedroom in case you forgot yours). Nice linens, plenty of towels, and extra blankets and comforters. You will be climbing stairs, so be okay with that. Primary is on top. Kitchen/dining is middle. Entertainment/biggest TV is basement. Lily, our contact, was super-responsive and checked on us. Made us feel very taken care of! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Hideaway! The house was big enough to fit my big family that was gathering together for a weekend college graduate celebration. The house was fully equipped with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, pot and pans, practically anything you can think that you'll need while staying there. The beds were comfortable, and the entire house was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay again when I revisit NW Arkansas. What a lovely home!

We loved everything about our stay here! The house is beautiful and the yard is perfect for enjoying outside time as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there were lots of games for the kids. Our kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. The owners were so thoughtful to leave snacks, laundry supplies, cooking essentials and outdoor activities for us. We hope to come back soon!

The house and location are as advertised. Beds are comfortable, decks and grounds are great! I would stay again. We had a family reunion, Evolve, the management company, did not perform well. Sadly, the owners and guests pay for Evolve.

The house is beautiful just not as big as it looked. We took boat and the marina is close but had to take in and out daily no boat slip available to rent. My grandkids really loved the dog Margo and enjoyed seeing her daily. The ping pong table was a big hit also. I did get a shower mat for main level bathtub with small children and older parents felt safer that way. Over all we had a good time and made wonderful memories.

It’s always hard when vacation comes to an end, but this property made it especially difficult! Our stay was so relaxing! The house was perfectly appointed. The location on the lake near the marina was perfect. This was the perfect getaway for our family. The deck and attached dog run allowed our pup to get to be a part of the fun. We can’t wait to come back!
