Waterfront beauty with a dock, small private beach, washer/dryer, & gas grill

It was just what we needed, nice quiet location. Great house, responsive management for the single issue that was caused by workmen at the neighbors.

Great location, comfortable, clean and was a great place to vacation in the keys.

Home and furnishings are perfection. Only issue we had was there is not a cabana club membership so we paid for daily at $50 per person.

House was very well appointed except for uncomfortable seating in the TV/sunroom. No instructions were provided for operating the TV which uses YouTube TV. Had to contact the manager to learn how to operate it. Naturally they weren't open until Monday so missed NFL playoff games. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable but so tall that a footstool was necessary for a 5 foot woman. The main bath shower is 26 inches square. Workable but so tight.

This little slice of heaven was absolutely what we needed for every aspect of our trip! We were able to relax in our private little beach during the day and enjoy the stars from the chaise lounges in the back in the evening. The windows all over the house give a perfect view of the water and even saw Dolphins swimming out back! In the evening we even caught some amazing yellowtail right off the dock! The location of the house was perfect with great restaurants all around and only a 45-50 min trip away from Key Wes, making it easy to take advantage of a day trip. We rented a small boat right on the island and were able to dock it at the house for the duration of our trip. We also found some great fishing and sandbars close by. The kitchen is fully updated and modern and the house is perfectly decorated and cozy. We already booked our trip back for next year!

The private beach and dock offers a great view of the ocean and canal boat traffic. Very clean and modern.

Casa Del Mar is a gorgeous vacation home for a small family or couple to completely veg and take in the stunning coastal views. The house is gorgeous on the inside and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful and low key in the area and watching the boats motor by, the pelicans fish and the schools of fish was amazing! Highly recommend this location as you can scoot over to Marathon, Islamorada and easily trek down to Key West! Wonderfulness in one spot!

What a wonderful week we had at Casa Del Mar. The property is clean and equipped with everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable. The waterfront view is spectacular, with scenery of the passing boats, pelicans and morning sunrises. It’s a convenient location to many local attractions but located on a quiet corner of what is already subdued Key Colony Beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience with extracurricular activities only a short drive away, this is an excellent choice. Just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Side note: a couple beach chairs for day trips would be a nice addition to the home.

I love looking at the water & watching boats going in & out from the house, the patio, & from chaises or chairs along the wide outdoor area which abuts the waterway & ocean. We rented kayaks & bikes this time. In the warmer weather we sat in the water & had dolphins swim near us. The indoor space is open , comfortable , beautifully tropical & well air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped & modern. The beds are comfortable & the furniture in the master is new including a king mattress. The house is an adorable, well appointed, compact, one level treasure.
