Waterfront Bay City Home w/ Dock & Boat Launch!

Honestly one of the best vacation houses we have stayed in. Clean, host was friendly, water access is perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. It was perfect for our family!! I was impressed with all the basic items like trash bags, ziplocks, sugar, soaps, shampoos etc just to name a few!! Even all we needed to have s’mores by the firepit!! We would stay again!

We stayed here on our annual mother/daughter trip. It was the perfect place to hang out, play games, watch the birds/boats/freighters, and have a bon fire. Also close to restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. There were many extra and thoughtful touches. Stay here!

We absolutely loved this property! We originally booked it because it was on our way to our vacation destination, and we stay for 3 days. However next time we plan on making this property our actual vacation spot! It was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful!

Nice home. Has everything you need. Great option for me. Don’t like eating out, Needed the extra room to accommodate a friend and some family time. Gorgeous view out to the bay! Super clean and well decorated!

We rented this house to be with family who live in the Bay City area. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed. The views and outside area are beautifull!

Great location and views. 4 mins to the DNR boat ramp to fish the river or bay.

We rented this house so that our Strictly Sail & Kayak Fishing Team could fish the HobieBOS tournament on Saginaw Bay, and the house was perfect in every way! Plenty of parking for our boat trailers, the house was clean and very nice, and our favorite part was the porch with the view of the water and the fire pit. We highly recommend this house and we hope to be back there in the future!

Beautiful lodging for us to call home for 6 nights. You know it's good when the kids approve of the showers! Love the privacy of the location, the porch with comfy chairs & fire pit area included chairs too!

Very impressed with how clean the house was upon arrival. Nice amenities like upgraded showers, well stocked kitchen, and even a little gift basket of items that might be needed. Yard is very flat which was great for playing Cornhole, beersbee, and bocce ball. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Wonderful family weekend! Fire pit time in the evening was great - right on the water w many birds to watch. Bay city state park beach was fun too. Home was so clean and has everything we needed!!

This property was extremely clean and well taken care of. There was enough beds to sleep 8 plus people comfortably. You have a great view of the river and are in a secluded neighborhood. Overall very Excellent.

House is bigger than it looks. Beautiful weather and great location. Property is huge so lots of fun activities for adults and kids. Would book here for another vacation in a heart beat!
