Waterfront, 4bd,3.5ba, Year-round Deep Water Double Deck Dock, Lrg 6 person Spa

We absolutely loved this lake house in every way! It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The house itself is perfectly situated on large open water section of Lake Lanier. We spent a couple of days enjoying using the kayaks and paddle board before the cold front came in. The dock overlooks the most beautiful sunsets, so we enjoyed our happy hours on the top deck every evening watching the sunset over the lake. The hosts, Amy and Todd, were incredible, quick to respond to all our questions both before and during our stay. She even had a large turkey roasting pan ready for us for our Thanksgiving turkey. Our kids loved the s'mores box, and the whole family enjoyed the welcome treats they left on the center island in the kitchen for our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling every night. Every room in the house is beautifully decorated (the kids enjoyed counting all the wooden ducks!), the beds were so comfortable, and we absolutely loved the indoor fireplace and the fireplace inside the screen porch, perfect for the last half of the week when the temperature dropped. There are wide open views of the lake from every area of the house with the incredible flood to ceiling windows. I have rented many cabins in the north GA area and this one is by far my absolute favorite! We will definitely be renting here again, hopefully for a week this summer so we can spend more time on the lake and in the water.

Although the pictures are awesome for this property, they do not do it justice. Every room is decorated just right and there is tons of room to relax. The main bedroom is huge with a very large bathroom plus it's own door to a wonderful corner of the back deck for viewing and reading a book. There are multiple areas you can disappear to for some alone time to just nap, read or view the lake. The dock is wonderful and there is a sand bottom around the dock that is perfect for sitting in the water. And the depth at the end of the dock is perfect for diving in and enjoying a swim. We had a wonderful sunset each night across the lake. The kitchen also has plenty of room and they have everything you need to cook up some wonderful meals. The main dining table is right by the back windows and it hard to not just sit there and stare out at the lake. We also enjoyed the watercraft they provide along with several floats and rafts for all kinds of relaxing in the lake. I recommend this house for any family gathering. You will have a wonderful time.

My son had a graduation weekend and family came in town for it. This was the most fantastic place we've ever stayed at! The hosts made sure all accommodations were met plus bonuses! It surely was a beautiful place and views you can't beat! I highly recommend this experience to anyone for a peaceful getaway! We are so grateful to our hosts!

Very nice house! Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Loved the view of the lake & that you cannot see the next door neighbors houses. Loved the hot tub!

If you’re looking for a house on Lake Lanier, stop looking. This one has it all. Beautiful home, amazing lake views, hot tub, lake toys, gentle slope to the dock. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. 5 star stay. Would love to stay here again in the future.

From the moment we pulled up and walked in to this beautiful house it was absolutely amazing!! They had a beautiful Christmas tree decorated and lovely hints of Christmas around the house to make our whole experience truly magical! Communication with the owners was always easy and so wonderful. The house itself has so much room and is perfect for a large family or a group friends.

The property was clean, organized and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked and was a very relaxing stay at the lake. In summer months the gentle egress into the lake would be great for swimmers and kayakers alike. The unfortunate timing for us was this was the first truly cold weekend of the year so far and the firepit was not available for use. It seems the US Army Corps of Engineers, which control the lake, is cracking down on those sorts of things on the banks of the lake. The listing still has photo's, and verbiage, of a firepit but unfortunately we could not build a fire by the lake in the cool weather. Amy and Todd are in the process of changing the location of the firepit but we were not told of that before hand. The property is definitely worth the price to stay as you will have a wonderful time with your family.

The property was perfectly decorated with every convenience and many separate areas for Gathering, talking and fun. The stunning lake views were featured in almost every room. The waterfront area with the boat dock was well situated for swimming and boating. We were well cared for by our hosts, who made sure we had what we needed for some potentially bad weather (which fortunately was not needed). The lake and the house were beautiful, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We rent on the lake for a week every summer and this was our favorite property so far! The pictures don’t do it justice. The home, view, property and amenities were incredible! Amy and Todd were great to work with and we will definitely stay again!
