Waterfront 4 BR house w/pool & dock. Just steps to the beach. Pet Friendly.

The house is in desperate need of repair. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. It is advertised as sleeping 12. There are not enough plates and silverware to even accommodate 12. Shower in main bath is leaking water into the garage area below. Ceiling in that garage area is rotted. Bathrooms are original. Second bath, there is no roughness to the bath tub and my 17 month old grandson slipped. Flooring is warped. Many of the outdoor lights needed light bulbs replaced or were not working. Blinds in the house had a thick coating of dirt and dust all over them.

one shower had no water pressurewe all used the other shower cause of it and there’s only two in the housefloors were also kinda roughik it’s pet friendly so we didn’t say anything about it but i feel like maybe it could use some work like the front porch is pretty rough but other than that locations was great and owner was nice when the fridge needed to be fixed cause it wasn’t cold

Wonderful property. Quiet, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. Kids and adults loved the pool and the extremly short walk to the beach-- you are literally walking straight up to the beach access with in 2 min. House was very clean and we had enough towels,linen, kitchen accessories. Fenced in yard extremly clean for a pet friendly place! Loved the covered parking also! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved location, house and amenities

This property location was great! We have family in the area and this was right in the middle of where they are and all the places we love to frequent. The beds are extremely comfortable! Be sure to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs, as they are not provided. The description does not say they are, but want to make people aware :) The rental could use a little sprucing from general wear and tear. Mostly the decking and showers. The outdoor seating was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t quite what the pictures showed. Cushions need a little attention as well as the picnic table. Check out is early, but with proper planning, not a big deal. Brad was extremely responsive to any questions and very friendly. Overall, this rental met our needs and we all enjoyed our stay!

Nice to be on the channel; very tranquil at this time of year. Equally enjoyable for pets and humans. Ocean is a block away. New BBQ was an added bonus! Whole package

Brad the owner was very receptive to the problem we had with the BBQ. He replaced it the next day with a brand new one! ?? Beach is exactly as advertised, unit is well equipped and I requested that the pool be left open and it was, ?. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms too!

My sister, my mom and myself along with our 2 dogs stayed at the house Sat. Sept. 21st to Sat. Sept 28th. The owner Brad was very responsive when I emailed him questions about the house prior to our stay and while we were there. We received the code to check in earlier than expected too! We really liked the layout of the house (which the pics were exactly as shown), the fenced in yard for our dogs and it was a very short walk to the beach! The pool was a plus too! We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean upon arrival! The only negative comment I would leave, is that there was no hose to spray off coming back from the beach, but we used the outside shower, so it wasn’t that bad. Everything else was great! We loved the fact that we had bath towels and the bed sheets were on the beds when we arrived! Thank you Brad for allowing us to rent your house for the week, we had a great time!

This house is so close to the beach and has a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing. It's nice to be able to come back from the beach and cool off in the pool. Morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the canal was a must each day. Its great for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved this place. The location is awesome!!!!!! A short walk to the beach, a private pool in the back and a dock you can fish off. There is ample parking which is something that it's difficult to find at the beach. And is also pet friendly. The owner Brad was wonderful about responding to any messages I sent. Communication was superb.

Can’t beat the location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was great. And best of all, it’s totally pet friendly.
