House had everything we needed

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated & the host was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place… truly only minutes to Parris Island for those who are in the area for Marine graduation. Convenient to shops & restaurants too.

We definitely would stay here again if we ever have to go to that area again. It's close enough to everything that you need.But secluded enough that you feel far away from everything. It was a perfect location to the marine base parris island, So we could get to the base quick and easy. We were at the gates of the base within 5 minutes of leaving the house. It was great especially on the day that we had to be at the base at 5:30am.

My family and I enjoyed the 2-nights stay for our son’s graduation from Marine Corps a few weeks ago. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating, communication was on par and the check-in/out went very smooth.Just a minor inconvenience: it was very warm upstairs where the bedrooms are, so you had to leave the fan on all night, which is fine, I just personally don’t like it. Overall, I highly recommend this property and the host, Elaine.

Eileen is a wonderful host, any questions were answered in minutes. I highly recommend this home. Clean, fully furnished and 3 minutes to Parris Island marine base. Wish we had more time to enjoy and explore the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

What a cozy, roomy, efficient stay we had! we were there for our grandson’s USMC graduation and I’m sooo glad we rented this condo. Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning and settle in for the evening. Condo was super efficient and just what we needed. Eileen couldn’t have been more accommodating answering my silly emails quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great location and amazing view! We were concerned when we were pulling in (area looks a little rough) but it was OK!! We had our grandchildren there with us and absolutely no problems! The condo was clean, well stocked (thank you for the snacks and water...the kids adored this!), and so wonderfully decorated! We were only 10 minutes from my son and his family (they live on base way in the back!!). We will definitely be back!!

Great location. Close to Parris Island for those attending graduation. Close to historic Beaufort to explore shops and restaurants. Loved looking out at the water everyday. We will be back!

Being so close to Parris Island made this the perfect place to stay for US Marine Graduation. We enjoyed the water view. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to use. We would recommend this to any parents and grandparents visiting the area.

We stayed to attend Family Day & Graduation for our marine at Parris Island. Everything from booking to check out was wonderful. The home is so cozy, clean, & accommodating. It was so convenient to be 5 minutes from the Maine base for early morning arrival for Family Day & Graduation. We could not have picked a better place!

This property has location, location, location! It truly is the closest you can get to the front gate without being on base already. There's a grocery store and other amenities less than a mile away and it's a great starting point to access all the different local activities (Hunting Island State Park beach is a MUST!) The accomodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved having the washer and dryer near the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed and met our needs for cooking family dinners. The ice and water in the fridge door were awesome for filling our water bottles every day to stay cool in the SC weather. The view was beautiful and we loved watching the sun rise over the water (those graduation activities are early, y'all!) The best part of our experience was our hosts! Eileen was so kind and helpful in the time leading up to our stay and answered all of my questions. Check-in was flawless and the video instructions on how to operate some features of the house were greatly appreciated. We felt welcomed and valued as guests. We absolutely recommend Graduates Welcome - Beaufort - Sleeps 4!

This property was ideal for our Parris Island Graduation celebration. The location couldn’t have been closer or more convenient. And the property blew us away - the water view was spectacular, the accommodations were perfect, and the host(s) very pleasant and prompt to ensure everything went smoothly. Would definitely book here again if I’m ever in the area.
