Waterfront 3 Bedroom 2 Bath One-Level Home w/ Yard and Sunroom WITH PADDLE BOAT

Lovely canal front beach house in north OC. Very family friendly area and quiet which we loved. We had two older teenagers and two 20 year olds with us and all had a great time. Used the bus to get to the Broadwalk. Even our boys noted how nicely appointed the house was. Everything kitchen gadget I could think of they had in the kitchen. When we did eat out …Nori restaurant was excellent as was Pope’s pizza (all within walking distance). Walk to beach wasn’t bad (waiting for light to turn was the longest thing). Thanks for a lovely place to call “home” for a few days. Will definitely be back for a longer trip.

I’ve stayed in several properties over the last 15 years and the small things like included linens, coffee and laundry detergent were a great addition. The property is well cared for and the backyard was nice to have. I’ve always stayed in midtown to avoid the crowds that come with the high rises, but the beach was not as crowded as we expected, which is obviously a good thing. Walking distance to shops and a supermarket.

This house was equipped with everything needed for an extended stay and has a lot of room. Neighborhood is very quiet yet close to the beach. We did have an issue with ants throughout our stay but that was the only issue. Owner was very responsive.

Well maintained property in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Comfy beds, quality bed linens and pillows, and a closet full of fluffy bath towels. Kitchen is well equipped and we put the ice maker to good use. Lots of comfy seating throughout the home, deck and backyard. Six (6) TVs, the arcade game, and a cabinet full of board games provided lots of entertainment options on a rainy day. Big oak tree provided welcome shade on sunny days. Grandsons enjoyed trying to catch crabs off the dock (partially succeeded). Highly recommend this home.

This house is excellent!! We were two families of four. Combined we have stayed in a lot of beach properties and this house was definitely top notch. It’s extremely clean, very comfortable beds, adorable beach house. The kids loved the kids room with bunk beds. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you will need including plenty of towels, blankets, and all the cooking tools. The home owner was easy to reach and quickly responded to our few questions. The best part of the house is the back. Lovely place for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a beach day. The kids loved to play bean bags and go crabbing. Great for a beautiful Al fresco dinner, and great for family fire pits and s’mores in the evening. No complaints, great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and everything was great once again. We had 6 adults and 4 children and this house is perfect for that size. There have been a number of updates to the house since our first stay in 2021

This stay was absolutely amazing! This vacation rental has every single thing you and and a family would need for a fun and relaxing stay! I can not wait to book again a next year!

There was a total of 10 of us who stayed at this property. (6adults,4kids). It was our first time vacationing in Ocean City with the family. The house is perfect. It suites our every need. The backyard was perfect for evening relaxation that included hanging on the hammock, fishing and just sitting down at the deck, playing a board game, enjoying the view.. especially after a long day outside touring the area. The house really exceeded my expectations. Unlike other homes I’ve rented, this one was very convenient for us as a family as it was stocked up with towels, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It was really nice having two washers and dryers, we got our laundry done in no time. Detergent was also provided! The rooms were very clean, decent size and beds were comfy. The Beach is about a 5-10min walk from the house. You have to cross a busy road which is what ur mostly waiting for. The popular ocean city boardwalk, specificially the Jolly Roger pier portion is a good 15-20 minute drive from the home. Majority of all the cool popular attractions were about the same distance. There was a little hiccup with reserving the parking permit, but something that was resolved. We had 3 cars that were able to fit, but tightly in the driveway, so we didn’t have to get the permit for off street parking (one jeep grand Cherokee and two Hyundai Elantra’s for reference). All in all, great, comfortable place to stay in a family friendly and quiet area.

The first thing I said when I walked in was - This place is so clean! It was a perfect fit for my family. The accommodations were high end. The kitchen was stocked with all of our cooking needs and the cookware was in great condition. My kids loved all the games and the bunk beds were awesome! All 4 kids wanted to sleep in the same room. The charm of being close to the beach, but having such a quiet place to retreat to was absolutely perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting out back and having coffee on the canal in the morning and then again in the evening. We will definitely be renting this place again! Thank you for a great stay! We had so much fun!
