Waterford 23 is a colorful townhome built on a three level design offering 2,100 square feet to enjoy. Built for larger groups and families this immaculate home boasts enviable amenities including three suites all hosting an ensuite attachedbathroom, private washer and dryer, and multiple dining spaces. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes of Steamboat Resort or relax in the private hot tub sauna combo. Walk out onto the large wrap around private balcony and you'll notice the convenient hiking trail easily accessed from the backyard.

Enter the main level and be greeted by the spacious gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for preparing your family favorites. Around the corner, you'll find the oversized dining area with direct access to the wrap around deck that connects with the living area. The living area features a comfy sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Step out on the balcony from the living area and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a sunset. Also on the main level find a conveniently located powder room and private washer and dryer.

Ready to rest easy The upper level is home to all three bedrooms each featuring an attached ensuite bathroom. The Primary King Suite boasts huge Emerald Mountain views, hotel-style luxury linens and a lavish ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a spacious walk-in closet. The Second King Suite features an ensuite bathroom and is draped in luxury including large overhead wood beams. The Bunk Suite is equipped with a custom woodworked Twin over Queen bunk in addition to an additional Queen bed and Twin bed.

Please Note:
- The pool at this property will be open from early June through Labor Day
- The owners of this property bring their dog to this home. If you have allergies, please contact our Vacation Planners for details.
- This property has air conditioning in each of the bedrooms - fans are also available in the property.
- The garage can only hold cars up to 7 ft. tall and 16 ft. long.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one small/medium adult dog (under 50 lbs). Puppies are not allowed. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added to your reservation at time of checkout. *If a dog is to be left unattended at this home, there are crates provided in the garage and the dog must be kenneled in the lower level (mudroom). We ask that you do not kennel them in the garage due to noise sensitivity of the neighbors. We also ask that you do not let your dog on furniture of any kind in the home. Thank you for adhering to these requests!

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. DO NOT park vehicles in the area adjacent to the driveway near the pool gate.

    We booked with Steamboat Lodging for the first time this summer. The property was in great condition and the location was perfect. Most of all, the service the Steamboat Lodging Team provided was outstanding. They were always checking on us and were so helpful with any requests we threw their way. We highly recommend this group of professionals when looking for excellent properties in the Steamboat Springs area!

    Perfect for our ski vacation. Good size and great location with a pleasant 10 minute walk to the lifts on the Mountain Sneak Trail. Pleasant surprise to have a Nespresso Vertuo in the kitchen. We also really appreciated that the owner provided ample pantry space--a rarity among short-term rentals. Only quibble is that it would have been nice to have a dresser in the master bedroom. The closet configuration in the master bath was not terribly convenient for two people to use located as it was behind the bathroom door.

    We loved the location and convenient shuttle service offered by steamboat rental company. Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Awesome private hot tub and sauna for our aching muscles after a long day of riding. Bathrooms were a bit dated, but clean and functional. Kitchen had Saran Wrap, foil, baggies, a new sponge dish and dishwasher detergent and lots of kitchen towels, but limited spices to cook with (salt and pepper only). Very nice welcome goodies and note/suggestions. Communication with host was great! Very easy check in and check out process. We would definitely stay again, but be more prepared with items we may need to cook. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this property.

    We had a great time staying at the Waterford Townhomes. There was a nice deck for morning coffee, a fully stocked kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the sheets! It was a very relaxing place to stay!

    Condo was perfect. Great location, clean, and comfortable. Hot tub was a must for me and the guys after a long day of skiing. And the beds! Let me tell you about the beds, probably the most comfortable mattress ever. My closest 6 friends and I found ourselves fast asleep easily, dreaming of figure 8 turns at The Boat. Hot soaks and cozy nights for the win!

    The place was large and spacious enough to accommodate 10 adults. The on-call (via an app) shuttle takes you t and from o the slope and town; it was amazing. The private hot tub and sauna after a day on the slope is perfect. Large heated garage perfect for storing and keeping warm ski gears and boots. A great lodging option for a big group of skiers!

    Wonderful condo for skiing in Steamboat! The development is a bit older, but the unit has been updated with all the necessities. The place is very comfortable and well appointed. When we arrived, the unit was spotless which is very important to us. We loved having the shuttle to take us to/from the lifts as well as into town when needed. It was extremely convenient and easy to use. The property management is wonderful and very responsive. Having the hot tub at the condo was really nice as well at the end of the day of skiing. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

    The condo was in an excellent location within walking distance of resort or a quick shuttle ride away. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots and pans/utensils etc. The host was very responsive to any inquiries, prior to arrival and while there. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, no key needed, codes sent to you in advance. Check-out instructions were brief which is always appreciated. Appreciated having two tables for eating and/or games/puzzles.

    Our family had a lovely stay and hit the fall colors just right. The townhome is well stocked and has all the basics one needs. Beds are comfortable and cozy. We loved the fireplace. I would only advocate for better/bigger bath towels. Thanks!
