Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: The primary bedroom with a king bed enjoys porch access and a private bathroom with a shower. Another guest bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed and connecting bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms upstairs, one furnished with a king and the other with two sets of bunks. A new walk-in shower with rainfall shower head is also on the second floor. There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom except the bunk room and a large wall-mounted flat screen with Apple TV in the living room.

9 Lyonia Lane is located in the Phase I WaterColor Tennis District within walking distance to the WaterColor tennis courts and Seaside's Artist District and restaurants. This home is 6 blocks from the beach- perfect for active families who want to experience all that WaterColor resort has to offer. With its prime location leave your car behind and use the 4 adult bikes provided to explore the neighborhood and local restaurants.

    Watercolor is magical and we loved being there this time of year! The house was great! My husband and I went along with our 2 boys. We had extra space for friends or family if needed. The outdoor spaces were pleasant to have coffee or wine while enjoying being outside. In our opinion it’s the perfect area of Watercolor; an easy bike ride to the beach club, camp watercolor and seaside. The house was clean and well kept. Check in and out was easy and you can tell the company is large enough to professionally launder towels but still paid attention to the small details like fresh palm fronds in water in the dining room. The only thing that could’ve made it just a little better is the master was slightly more difficult to control the temperature than the rest of the house. It wasn’t uncomfortable in the August heat though! We’d definitely come back.

    Fabulous home. Great location. Perfectly stocked and best porches for hanging out with the family. The room positioning was great for us too. With the older kids all upstairs - the downstairs was perfectly maintained for together time. Easy walk or bike ride to everything. Could not have been more perfect!

    Overall the house was good and as advertised. The floors were not clean upon arrival but everything else was nice and clean. I wasn’t too concerned because we arrived right at check in so maybe the cleaners felt rushed because they were still there working. One thing to take not of because I read it in another review but I brushed it off...The Master bathroom is not ideal to say the least. The shower is SUPER tiny that even my 6 year old complained. You basically have to stand with your nose touching the wall, and forget about trying to shave. The sinks are pedestal sinks (no storage) the only storage you do have is the medicine cabinets. There’s no where to set anything except a tiny 6x6 square That wouldn’t even hold a blow dryer. We aren’t ones to ever complain because we travel a lot and know not everything will always be perfect, but the master bath could use a complete remodel/reconfiguration. We loved the porches, the other bedrooms, and the proximity to the pools and to the beach. It’s a good half way point. Thank you for the hospitality!

    We have been coming to Watercolor for 17 years. Unfortunatley, this house needs updated. The cabinets are peeling, bathrooms are outdated. The master has a super small shower. The best part is the back deck. It is a great space to hang with the family. The cushions are old however, and need replaced. The location is fantastic. The TV's are incredibly outdated. The master bedroom is a small laptop monitor. There are many nicer homes in the community I would recommend for the same price.

    This house is awesome! One of the best things is the location. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside being located on a quiet street in Watercolor yet only a 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants. Also a pretty easy walk to the beach. The house has a remodeled kitchen and was very clean upon arrival.

    We had THE BEST time at 9 Lyonia Lane. We spent so many mornings drinking coffee and reading on both the front and back porches. We loved walking over to the tennis courts and biking to Camp Watercolor. The house was perfect! Our girls especially loved playing upstairs and sleeping in the bunk beds. The swing on the front porch was a hit too. It’s the perfect house for families. We were so comfortable. The grill was perfect for a nice, relaxing dinner. We will definitely stay here again!

    We LOVED our week in Watercolor- absolutely perfect. 9 Lyonia Lane was truly amazing- highly recommend! We can’t wait until our next visit. The home is lovely- so beautifully decorated and comfortable- the owners thought through every detail! We adored both porches- used often along with the grill. Ideal location to Seaside, the pools and beach. Our favorite was the newly renovated Beach Club- I included a photo from the pool. Thank you for the bikes which we used every day. The management company provides the best customer service! Oh! Best 4th of July Firework Show we’ve ever seen (Seaside)!!!

    Love the house. This was our second time in this house and fourth year visiting Watercolor. But felt deceived because we were not told about the main pool being closed. Big disappointment. We hung out there everyday in our past visits. If we had been given a discount or refund for part of our stay it would have made up for it but only got a call saying sorry. It was too late to change once we were already there. Not good business to not be up front with your guests.

    We had a great time at 9 Lyonia Lane! The house was in a great location- an easy bike ride to all of the pools and beach. This house is perfect for two families because of the two master suites on the first floor. Our girls loved the bunk room, and we spent a lot of time on the two porches. The Beach Club was really nice and convenient and right on the beach.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in Seacrest before, and although we enjoyed it, Watercolor is our new favorite place!!
