WaterColor Oasis! Private Pool & Spa, Outdoor Family Sitting Area, 6-Seater Electric Cart, 6 Bikes

The house layout is great and was perfect for our 2 families (9 total). Having access to the beach club and other pool areas made it fun exploring. It was a treat having a golf cart and the bikes to get to all of the areas, especially Publix which is right around the corner. Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

This beach house was perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Beautiful and comfortable beach decor, the pool and other amenities…..we will definitely be back!

We had an incredible time at this home in watercolor! We have stayed in 15+ different rentals and used multiple rental agencies, Sanders is hands down the best! They are prompt, friendly & very accommodating! The house itself is stunning and very comfortable, we would happily return!

The house was great, the pool came in handy with our little ones. Thank you for letting us rent your home. One thing to mention. We are no longer treated like home owners by the staff at Watercolor. We got second class status as renters while there. Don't go into Watercolor thinking that you are a home owner when you rent. This used to be the case, it just recently changed.

My husband and I + our 2 children and their spouses + our 6 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 184 East Royal Fern Way! The adults and our teenage granddaughter each had their own bed/bath and our 4 grandsons loved the bunk beds, each with their own TV! The main floor was spacious with plenty of seating in the family room and at the dining room table. I loved cooking in the kitchen and on the grill outside and the washer/dryer came in very handy!! The highlights for our grandkids were the pool in the backyard and the golf cart! The home is in a great location with easy access to the Publix grocery store and all the shops in that strip mall area; the various pools in the Watercolor edition; and the 30A highway with all the restaurants and shops. Having access to Watercolor Inn, Camp Watercolor and the neighborhood pool with our wristbands was another huge bonus and added a variety of options for things to do!! We always had great communication with the staff at Sanders Beach Rentals! They kept us informed with necessary information and answered all our questions quickly! This was our first visit to the 30A highway area and we loved every minute! Hoping to make this a family tradition!!

Great house, great location. Should have shared more of the amenities that are offered. Have a back up plan for a late departure or options for your luggage. Management was great and always helped! Beds are very comfortable! Decor was delightful. The fridge has got to go!!!! No one has 3 mins to wait for the door to open!
