WaterColor Delight: Electric Cart, Bikes, Beach Club Access, & Steps to Frog Pool Fun!

Was a wonderful home to stay in, loved our golf cart. Only complaint is not having a parking pass for the golf cart. Now they charge you to park your golf cart in some places.

The home was perfect size for our family and overall a lovely home. There was a welcome box with some household supplies which was great. The golf cart and bikes were in great condition. The only disappointment was finding out the homeowners were staying in the carriage house on the property. The mgt co did not make us aware and only shared the information after we asked them specifically who was in the carriage house (lights were on which tipped us off). The mgt co said they wouldn’t be a bother. We were extremely disappointed this was not disclosed in the listing, agreement or provided to us prior to arrival. We rented a home for us to have a private vacation with our family and having the owners onsite made it uncomfortable.

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes , cookware etc. loved the quiet location. Loved to golf cart . Would definitely stay here again!

The listing was accurate and the property management company was extremely helpful. They thought of everything and communicated in advance. The home was lovely and met our family’s needs perfectly. No complaints. The golf cart and bikes were a great benefit too! We highly recommend this home.

The home was nice, but literally you had to bring everything yourself including salt and pepper, beach towels, laundry soap and all. At this price point I expect more. And the rental company was non existent with every call going to voicemail. The welcome letter was all about rules and more rules but left out critical information like pool access, kept mentioned cards but no cards included only bands but no explanation for those. When you called to inquire, no person on the line. Also there is a large military base close by that frequently has bombing drills that literally shook the house! No mention was made of that either in any letters! It poured rain ( poured) 5 out of the 7 days as well. Would not recommend this area in the summer!

We stayed here for a week In July 2020. The house was in a great location and we could easily bike to the beach, Watercolor and Seaside. The management company communicate with us often and made the whole process easy and convenient. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and love into the home. We were 2 families, and we had more than enough room to socialize together, or retreat if we wanted some isolation. The location backs up against the state park, so it was very peaceful, yet still convenient to anything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
