WaterColor Cottage with 6 seater golf cart + 6 bikes, 9 pools, beach access!

The home is lovely and so spacious. We all had a wonderful time. The beach and pools were very close too. Host was available for any questions. We loved the swing on the front porch so much! It would have been helpful to know about available hair dryers and pack and plays, instead of renting one. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We highly recommend The Happy Day!

What a great spot with plenty of activities nearby

We had some serious issues while staying thereCould not get in as directed but front door was left unlocked so were able to get in. Fire alarm went off all night and was finally removed the next day as there was some issue with it. Was not good to lose a nights sleep before my son's wedding. One of showers for bunkrooms of four beds did not work. Was an issue as four people had to share one shower while preparing for rehearsal and day of wedding. Couple of bikes had issues but still had plenty to use House was beautiful inside and out and amply stocked but we had to call to get washcloths as only a couple rooms were stocked with wash cloths So i was very happy except i believe i am due a refund for the first night as none of us got any sleep due to a malfunction of the smoke detector which was also to high for us to do anything about. The owner/manager responded promptly the next day and did their best to rectify but was quite a significant issue

We had an amazing visit to Watercolor. This house was gorgeous and plenty of space for all 9 of us. The finish out and decorations were beautiful. The property manager and homeowner were so easy to work with. We will be back very soon!!

We had such an amazing long weekend!

This is our second time at watercolor, first time at this property. The location was great, close proximity to camp watercolor, the lake and one of the pools and small playground was all within walking distance and even downtown seaside was less than a mile walk. We mainly used the golf cart however. Great trails and bikes provided which we used to explore the beautiful property grounds which are so nice to have included. The house was absolutely wonderful. Exceeded my expectations. Very clean and neatly decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom.We could not have asked for a better stay! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you
