I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house was amazing!! Beautiful well thought out home with lots of thought into spoiling guests. The check in process was very easy. The property manager was great at checking in. We were close to things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this house!

Our host was charming and very accommodating. The house was the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. A wonderful house, incredibly clean with fantastic amenities. Clearly much thought was put into setting up this house.

This house is amazing! So clean and comfortable and the host have thought of everything to make your stay special. The toiletries under the sink if you forgot anything to the welcome basket on arrival, the cold water bottles in the fridge and the goodies in the kitchen jars. Absolutely exceptional. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was amazing! They literally thought of everything! We have stayed in forced our hotels that were not as well appointed and well stocked as this place was. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is definitely one of the absolute best we have stated. What amazing hosts and an amazing location and an amazing attention to detail.

This place was immaculate. They definitely make your stay as stress-free as possible. Great communication. They leave snacks and waters and whatnot for you. Great stay. If I come back to Portsmouth, I will definitely look for this place again. We were in town for a funeral and they made everything so easy on us. Thank you so much! We are truly grateful!

Property was amazing. Very clean and well maintained. Bright and comfortable beds and furniture for relaxing. Communicating with owner and neighbor manager was perfect and timely. Location, location location. In quaint area with 3 or 4 very good restaurants and spirts bar, all within 5 minute walk along water front. Great stay.

Enjoyed this beautiful property with my 4 sisters. Very clean and hosts go above and beyond with amenities. There is nothing they haven’t thought of. Short walk to water to watch the sunrise. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe to run/walk in the mornings. Property owner and manager were very pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Where do I even begin with this gem of a house? From start to finish, Stacy was nothing short of fantastic. Clear, easy check in process and communication. This house has everything you can possibly think of. Forgot a pair of reading glasses? She has them. Toiletries, yep. Multiple coffee makers, yep. The list is endless. Myself and two traveling friends had plenty of space in this house. Ron, the lovely neighbor next door, greeted us upon arrival and was there if we needed anything. We spent most of our days out exploring but it sure was nice to come back in the evening to the amazing beds. I had the top floor and bed...I could write a book on. I had the best week of sleep I've had maybe ever. This house is walking distance to the water and a few restaurants. Restaurants are not in shortage in RI. We ate at so many good places. I recommend The Boat House in Tiverton. If you are looking for a rental in Portsmouth, close to many different things, on a quiet street...look here! Stacy delivers as one the best hosts I have ever worked with.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The host was amazing and very responsive. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It felt like we were staying at a friends home. Location was great, a small beach is within walking distance. We look forward to staying here again soon!

The Morgan House was perfect for our family gathering. The separate bedrooms allowed for babies and toddlers to rest peacefully. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the snacks were much appreciated.

Seamless checkin. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Just a few steps to the beach and decent restaurants. Highly recommended!

Perfect coastal stay for our girls trip. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with cooking supplies and toiletries. Very clean and easy to check-in.

There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream. We were only at the house in the early morn and back after dinner. Easy drive to Newport. If you're thinking of renting there, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s through the years and this one was one of our favorites. The hosts were amazing and every detail was taken care of - snacks for the kids, extra bottles of water, adjustable pillows, and suggestions for food and activities. Beds were super comfortable and the whole house was just adorable. My family had a wonderful few days in Portsmouth. Location was great! Could have easily have spent a full week here. Would definitely recommend and hope to make our way back here again someday.

Had a great stay! The house was so well thought out and had everything you could need in a pinch. They truly thought of everything. Everything was immaculately clean and the bedrooms were beautiful. An easy walk to many food options by the water!

Wonderful house with all the amenities!

A perfectly updated home close to the ocean. Everything we needed was already in the home. Stacy was amazing with communication. My family and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Stayed for a wedding nearby, great location and the property fit 3 couples very well.Great neighborhood with a couple nice places for breakfast/coffee as well as ice cream/bar & grill type fare.

We had our kids and their families with us for a vacation to celebrate a birthday in each family. This property was hosted by the most thoughtful host we have ever experienced. There was a welcome gift to begin with, as well as every possible detail thought of! The lovely coffee and tea stations, spices, grill, in-case-you-forgot-something baskets, quick response to texts, you name it… every detail was covered and we deeply appreciated it all! Everyone was really impressed with the property and host and agreed that they would be glad to stay here again.

Came down following graduation and were pleasantly surprised by this immaculate and well-appointed house. Enjoyed eating at Evelyn’s in Tiverton and birding at the Emilie Ruecker Wildlife Refuge.

Quiet family time Very helpful

Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. My favorite part, was as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning the was the view of the ocean, from the giant window! The hosts missed zero details designing this cottage! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were all pleasantly pleased with this house! It was beyond what we had expected. Communication with Stacy was on point, even silly questions we had :). Stacy had everything we needed and then some. If we are ever back in this area we will for sure book this place again!

My son and girlfriend met us in Newport for a weekend. We had a wonderful time! The house and location were lovely with too many extras to list! You thought of everything and then more! We visited several of the attractions you had suggested and found out there is so much to do there we will need to come back to see and do more! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

This house was perfect in every way. They really did think of everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. Communication was great from the beginning and nothing was over looked. The house was spotless, comfy and had more amenities than what is even listed. If my group ends up back in that area we will certainly be looking to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting family for Christmas. Despite it being freezing winter we enjoyed the location close to restaurants and with views of the water. House has several fireplaces - the living room fire was super helpful in getting the house warm quickly. Everything was spotless and house was well stocked. Would recommend to anyone!

Stacy and Mario have thought of just about every amenity and detail under the sun! Unfortunately, we didn’t spend enough time there to take advantage of everything. House and parking rules were clearly explained and easy to follow! We would definitely stay there again.

It was rated a 10 on VRBO - it was a 20 ! This place was amazing - not one detail overlooked ! Six of us came up for a wedding and this place was a home run. It was my first VRBO - the other friends had told me that this one was beyond exceptional. I could go on and on and never relate how great this property is ! While they do not allow pets, the manager/owner had named the bedroom suites after their present and past pups.

Stacy and Mario have curated a remarkable experience. The attention to detail is unparalleled. The amenities were wonderful, the home is beautiful, and clean. Stacy is attentive to communications. We have booked many vacation rentals. This is the best one yet!

The house had every possible convenience we could imagine. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Great location steps from the water. Great value. Highly recommend this place. And, there is a very helpful neighbor willing to help next door.

My friends and I had a weekend stay at this beautiful property. It was the best appointed house i have stayed in on vacation. The cleanliness, organization, and courtesy of the house and its owners was very evident. The listing pictures were very accurate, bedrooms clean and organized and common areas were a great place to spend time with friends. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were originally booking for 3 generations of family but it ended up just my husband and me. I am so glad we were past cancellation options. This house is so well set up! I loved every decorative touch: the glass rock fireplaces for ambiance, the barn doors so room space was maximized, convenience of washer and dryer, great towels and bedding, anchors hooks and light fixtures that went with the theme, the kitchen layout, the welcome gift, the signage everywhere so helpful and so professionally done! The jars of treats, the coffee and tea bar options in the kitchen and at the second coffee station upstairs in the Roscoe Suite! I could keep going I promise! My husband loved having Alexa for weather, the coffee station, and the water filter system and countertop ice maker! It is a block to the beach! And convenient to downtown Newport! You can’t go wrong with this lovely house.
