This home was very clean and welcoming with our arrival. We came down right before the large ice storm came through the whole east coast and the owners even offered us early entry once communicating we may arrive early now with the extreme weather case. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message/call. We noticed a few things in the home, and let them know as we entered and checked the home out before moving in. They offered to fix the mentioned few but we passed, as we didn't mind and they said they would address them after our check out! The hot tub had a slow leak so sadly we didn't use it as much as we would have liked and hoped, but they again were going to have a maintenance person fix that at check out. We did take the short walk a couple times around the pond to the community pool and hot tub. I will say, with the extreme cold front for FL, they don't continue to heat the large pool. The hot tub was nice and the bar was still open around the pool. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff at the community building were very helpful and friendly. They have mailboxes on site to mail your post cards. The gate card is easy to get and return. The home is also in a great location for your Disney vacation (maybe 20 min) Universal (maybe 28-30) and We took an hour drive to the coast for The Kennedy Space Center. All very direct and easy travels. Walmart is right down the road and Door Dash was a huge help after LONG park days.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Terre Verde resort and I will stay there again for sure. This place was excellent. Just the right size for the number of people. The hot tub was super relaxing for the adults and the kids enjoyed the pool and club house area. We enjoyed the grill as well. All the comforts of home away from home.

Very nice place, no issues at all. Nice private hot tub. Owner responded immediately when had questions. Check in was easy , resort was good. Nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar.

Fantastic town house on the amazing Terra Verde resort, a return resort visit for us. The town house had all the amenities you need for a vacation, it was clean, tidy and well maintained with nice views across the lake to the fountain. We did manage to use the hot tub a few times, despite the exceptionally hot weather. However this is where the resort is great, as we went to use the pool some days too. Great food and service at the pool bar once again, and really helpful staff in the clubhouse. The resort is ideal for the 192 Kissimmee area, and all the big Orlando tourist spots. We would definitely recommend the townhouse, and hosts, to others.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The villa was clean and had everything that we needed. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire booking process. Terra Verde is a nice gated community. Thank you. Will certainly book again!

This is a great condo - Owners are delightful and very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again. We wish all owners could be as gracious . Thank you So very much for making our stay perfect.

Great experience. Unit was fully equipped with every thing we could have needed from cookware to beach chairs, towels, etc. Unit was very thoughtfully supplied. Hot tub was glorious. Gas grill was a plus. Pool and club house area beautiful. Loved the Tikki bar and grill. Would do this again !

Condo was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Situated on the pond, which is lovely. Short walk to the clubhouse, pool and tiki bar. Owner was responsive to small issue when we first got there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay, as always Terra Verde staff are outstanding. Nice short walk to the clubhouse. Pool was not heated for the first 2 days (was an ongoing issue since January), but was resolved when we were there. Great afterwards!

We stayed for 5 days during our visit to Disney World. The place was very close to the park and was a very easy drive. It was a beautiful setting and very well supplied. We would definitely stay there again.
