Mellow Yellow is great for 2 families or a large group that needs some extra space! This property offers two houses that are connected by a covered walkway, each completely private and self contained. Both houses have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room w/TV, laundry area and open floor plans with high ceilings.

The lakefront home is the older of the 2 homes. It's separated between three levels; the upper level offers the master bedroom with king bed, window unit A/C and stand-up shower; the main level has two comfortable leather sofas in the great room, and seating for 8-10 in the adjacent dining area. The main level also offers a laundry room with 1/2 bath located just off the kitchen. The main level opens onto a large sun room with wicker furnishings. Beyond the sun room is the large deck complete with plenty of deck furniture. The lower level offers a family room with TV/VCR/DVD, two additional bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with twin & bunk bed) , a full bath (tub/shower combo), and a covered deck.

Access the 2nd home by the covered walkway that is only a few steps from the lakefront home.
The 2nd home sets just a little farther from the water and is furnished as a contemporary cabin. The main level offers an open great room with 1/2 bath, kitchen with granite countertops, large dining area and living room w/TV & many windows to allow for natural light. Its a great open space for entertaining! A gated spiral staircase is in the middle of the main level and leads to the lower level where you'll find the master suite (king bed) with stand-up shower, guest bathroom with tub/shower combo, 2 additional bedrooms (1 with queen and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds) and laundry room.

Houses sit close to the water with stone steps that lead to a stationary sun deck. Boat tie-up is available for the stationary dock only. You'll also find a fire-pit, 3 youth kayaks, 3 adult kayaks, a canoe, 2 paddleboards & 2 youth size paddleboards by the lakefront. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.

1 Bath Mat per Bathroom.
1 Kitchen Starter Pack - Dawn Dish Detergent, Sponge & Kitchen Towel

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
