Water Sports On-Site! Lake of the Ozarks Townhome

Love it. Was very private for a condo. The dock for swimming and the balcony for the view was my favorite part. The place had everything you could have thought about needing. Wonderful place to stay. Peaceful and a home away from home

We had a lovely weekend stay. The view was fantastic! The property was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Ease of rental, access and leaving process. All was as advertised and very reasonable price. Place was very clean and equipped, nicely decorated and very relaxing. Love the location on the water and access to dock. Could easily see returning to this exact rental.

We came and stayed for a weekend, hoping to just get away from everything for the weekend. The property was great! The view of the lake was amazing, the place was comfortable and had all that we needed. A couple of things to note that may be helpful for future renters- the description of the property states that the fireplace is a gas fireplace, we found this to not be the case. And when we arrived there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We aired out the home and then realized a little bit afterwards that the smell seemed to be coming from the laundry room, possibly from the home below this one. We closed the laundry room door and that helped a lot. Overall however it was a great experience. We would for sure stay here again.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and check in was easy. Steve was great communicating throughout the process. The townhome is easy to get to, with parking right outside the front door. The place is in great shape, you can tell the owners put a lot of pride in making it an outstanding retreat. The floors are new, the beds are comfortable, and the sunrise on the back deck overlooking the water is amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds, the grill was full of propane, And we enjoyed playing card and board games that were provided. As mentioned in other reviews, we had the entire dock to ourselves. The swim platform and chairs, tables down by the water were much appreciated. We stayed sun- wed and the water was calm, boatIng in and out was easy with a nice cove to tube and relax on right there. We recommend this place and hope to be back next year! Thanks for letting us enjoy your townhome.
