The inside of the property was very nice and amenities were new and in good condition, but the property was not clearly disclosed as a duplex. It was only mentioned once in the entire description and therefore was very easy to have missed, but the wall of the main and guest bedrooms and bathrooms is shared with the unit next door and you can hear everything. Our stay was ruined by the inability to sleep due to the people in the attached unit playing music or the TV loudly past 11pm both nights. If the listing would have correctly stated it was a duplex, I would've picked a different property for that exact reason. There was extremely graphic adult content on the master bedroom TV when it was initially turned on, which was shocking. The hosts responded to vrbo app messages but were very vague in presenting options when I stated I wanted to shorten the stay due to the noise and tried to force a decision about early check out before they would communicate any details about compensation or discount prospects. The entire experience was very disappointing and I had to call vrbo customer support for assistance due to the recurring theme of the hosts not being upfront about crucial information.

We loved our stay. The property, the furnishings and neighborhood are very beautiful. We slept great and enjoyed hanging out as a family. Just a tiny bit of feedback to make it even more amazing…awning in the backyard to stop the furniture from get soaked by the rain and better shower heads. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

This place was perfect for us. Close to town, but woods around to see wildlife. This placed was furnished with everything you would need. It was modern and neat and clean. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful place to stay, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! place was very clean, close to many things in town. Sit on the patio and relax at night and look at the stars, listen to birds and animals rustling around. We even seen some elk and coyotes. Would highly recommend.

We rented this home because of all the great reviews and wow!!! It was all that and more. Excellent bed in the master, kitchen with absolutely anything you might need- lots of thought was put into everything. A mostly shaded, private backyard and so close to everything!!! We loved it!

One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at . Very clean , extremely well set up with anything you could possibly need. Quiet neighborhood with patio looking out at the beautiful pines which the elk enjoyed visiting . Very comfortable king size bed . Excellent WiFi and streaming. Owners available within minutes to answer questions we had. Hoping to visit again .

Property was very nice. The kitchen was better stocked than any other VRBO I've stayed in. Location was excellent. Having the garage to park in was a great perk.

This property was perfect for 2 couples, it's just a few minutes away from the town center. We scheduled a couple rounds of golf and it worked great as a homebase. We had several Elk come through the backyard one morning, it was pretty majestic and they weren't spooked easily and they even posed for a couple of pictures.The living room was pretty comfortable to watch TV, the recliner chairs and couch were a little bit cumbersome to operate and some small end tables would be nice to place your coffee on, everything else was great.Our group was very happy with this VRBO, it was well kept, clean, organized and centrally located and I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again...

It was a lovely place to use as a base for hiking in the northern parts of the Tonto NF. It was well stocked and extremely clean, and the bed was mucho-comfortable.

Great 2 bedroom only a mile from town. Easy 5 minute drive. Felt like a very new space with comfortable furniture and good technology access. Will definitely stay here again when up that way!
