Watch the Waves Best Location Casa Azul

We rented it for the back patio ocean view, it didn't dessipoint. The beach is a short walk and we took advantage of the beach trail every morning.

We got a different, still very beautiful flat, than the one booked.

We loved our stay at Casa Azul. The house was comfortable and the view of the ocean was spectacular! We cooked most meals at the house and found all that we needed in the kitchen. We did run out of a couple of essentials a few days early- tp and disnwasher pods. Victoria was easy to communicate with! If we’re ever back in San Clemente, we will stay at Casa Azul again.

Very comfortable house in a beautiful setting. Decor is welcoming and cozy and the house has anything you could possibly need. While relaxing on the flower surrounded patio overlooking a perfectly kept playground, the sound of the waves down the road at the beach and voices of little children lull you. A little piece of heaven. We were lucky to have 30 days to enjoy it, and highly recommend this lovely oasis in San Clemente, a fun beach town.

We stayed for 17 days. The place is lovely. Super cute decor. Close to everything, kitchen well stocked, beautiful view. Victoria was very kind and responded quickly to our questions.

Location is wonderful, looks just like the pictures. Owner is available responds quickly and communicates with all answers.

It was a really blessed time. It's quiet most of the time. Even though there can be people upstairs, it wasn't loud at all. The view is pretty. The greenary in the front and back is very nice. It had things you could take to the beach like body boards, chairs, etc. The kitchen has more than the essentials which was really helpful. The bathroom had everything you would need on a longer stay as well. The home altogether has everything you would need which was nice, even puzzles in the closet, one of which we completed. It felt like a home and that was really nice. Would definitely like to come back in the future

Wonderful place to stay in San Clemente! The location is perfect- we could easily walk downtown and to the beach. Our favorite place was the back patio which has a view of the ocean. Victoria the owner was easy to communicate with and very welcoming! Will stay here again!

Our time at Victoria's place started with great communication and her suggestion to stay in the lower unit instead of the upper one due to our active 15 month old. (Very much appreciated) We enjoyed all the amenities of the unit inside and outdoors. Having the playground, restaurants and, most of all, the ocean so close added to a great stay. Not even May Gray or June Gloom could take away from that...

Location is great, walking distance to both pier and the shopping/dining street yet it's still nice and quiet, with great ocean view and easy access to the beach. Condo is nicely furnished and well stocked. Victoria (the host) is super nice and attentive to guests for a perfect stay. Highly recommend it and look forward to coming back again soon!

We knew from the moment we drove into the neighborhood and into the covered parking spot (definitely a plus in a beach town!) that we would love it here. Plenty of room for the two of us both inside the house and outside on that wonderful patio. Walking distance to the park, the shops, the pier restaurant, and the beach. San Clemente is a great destination, and this vacation home gave us everything we needed to enjoy it. I would stay here again.
