The Wasserhaus im Pionierhafen in Schleswig is located directly on the water and offers accommodation for up to 5 people on two floors. The unique location will shape your stay from the moment you arrive. The view across the Schlei fjord, the changing light, and the proximity to nature create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
The open-plan living area forms the heart of the house. Here, living, dining, and socializing come together. A comfortable seating area invites you to relax, whether for conversation, a film, or a quiet evening after a day on the water. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is functionally equipped. It includes an induction cooktop, an additional freezer, and a Nespresso espresso machine, allowing for easy self-catering during your stay.
The three bedrooms offer comfortable retreats. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the third bedroom has a single bed (120 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms also have televisions. The sleeping area is complemented by a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. Even families with children will enjoy a relaxing stay here.
Outside, the terrace extends the living space outdoors. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, reading during the day, or relaxing together in the evening, the outdoor area invites you to gaze out over the water and unwind at the end of the day. Parking is available near the house.

The development of the newly built Am Pionierhafen district is largely complete. No further major construction is expected. Some areas, particularly the landscaping in the immediate vicinity, are still undergoing visual transformation.
