Everything was good and enjoyable except the TV. Couldn't watch anything on it.

Perfect home for our family. While the water pressure was very low at times, we worked around it. Very accessible to Main Street.

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed all aspects of the house and customer service was great! We rented and received communication on time and it was informative.

We had a Wonderful Girl’s Get Away here at the Wasser Haus! Everyone had their own comfortable bed for great sleep to head out for adventures riding the Trolley and learning interesting stories about Fredricksburg, going to wineries and of course shopping and eating! We loved starting our day around the breakfast table and coming home to the lovely family room to visit and laugh together! Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your lovely home!!

Girls trip was a success with this beautiful home. So close to downtown and many areas to do our daily walks. Definitely will come back.

Girls trip 60 years old. Enjoyed the privacy of house and pool. Close to shopping and eating.

We had everything we needed, had some things happen, that should have been taken care of, before we choked in.Hot tub not working properly.Primary bathroom, left handle on sink, not tightened, tops would come off of both of them.Most of the remotes, needed batteries.,Found extra soaps, that were needed, due to they were so small & hard to open.For older people, getting in & out of the pool, was somewhat hard.My husband used the small table by the pool, to get in & out of the pool.Other than that, we enjoyed visiting with my nephew who lives up there..

Fabulous home in a great location! Plenty of bedrooms and baths and the pool was great to come home to after a fun day at the wineries! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg!

The home was perfect for our 22nd annual girlfriends thanksgiving. Plenty of space and the location was walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The hot tub/pool was perfect!

This place is amazing! We did a girls weekend and it was perfect for seven of us. I would recommend this to anyone! I will definitely be coming back.

If mattress is replaced in downstairs master bedroom then I might change my review rating. Worst sleeping experience ever. Mattress is way too soft and broken down on right side of bed. Pool needs work (not clean) and outdoor furniture cushions ripped and shabby. For the home to be so spacious and remodeled beautifully the mattresses should be better and a little attention to detail. Toilet paper was so cheap and thin as well as paper towels and zero Kleenex in home. No keurig coffee maker. We paid for an extra night but left early because both my husband and my back were killing us.

The house was beautiful and accomodated us perfectly. We were holding meetings that required technology and the TV remotes were not available nor were instructions for how to operate - this was a problem. Hot tub did not heat and the 24 hr assistance was not available. Huge disappointment we couldn't use the hot tub. Sugar ants were in the kitchen so we had to watch our food storage. Great house but not great cusotmer service.

We went to Fredericksburg to do absolutely nothing. We needed a stress less week and got it at Wasser Haus. This house was so beautiful and relaxing. It had everything we needed. Just a couple of blocks from main. Would stay at this house over and over again. C Phillips

The house was larger than expected and the location was perfect. The kids loved hoping in the pool after a hot day of walking around on Main St. Very relaxing.

We had my daughter's bachelorette party weekend here and it was perfect. Centrally located next to main street so you can walk to get coffee, shopping at boutiques, etc. Beautiful and clean house. It was perfect for the occasion. Will go back if we ever stay in Fredericksburg again!!

We enjoyed the big roomy house and all the fun it had to offer. Only thing we were disappointed with was the hot tub would not work. Would stay again for sure!

Wasser Haus was absolutely perfect for our stay in Fredericksburg! From comfort to entertainment, every need was met! Coffee by the pool to start our day and super cozy beds to rest make this spot BEST for a stay close to Main Street. We could walk to most destinations we chose!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend.

Had a wonderful TG weekend with our family from Colorado. Charming home with well equipped kitchen for cooking. We used every inch of space and enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table as well. Short walk to town and good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the open floor plan and luxurious furnishings. Comfortable seating by the pool with a waterfall was especially nice in the evenings and November weather was still accommodating. One of the group wants to make reservations for his family at a later date. We all found it a wonderful experience !
