Stayed Mar 16, 2025Clean and plenty of room, the host was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. Only downside would be when I was searching for ski in/out places this one popped up and it wasn’t. 3-4 flights up from El Jefe.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024The location was great -- can walk to the ski resort, though down a lot of stairs, so it wouldn't be ideal if you're having to carry all of your ski gear -- so we made use of storage at the resort. It's a large property -- so many bedrooms! Lots of space to spread out. The property manager was very responsive by cell/text. There were a few things that were not great. 1) The listing said garage but this particular unit (G4) doesn't have a garage. 2) The temperature was hard to control. It was often pretty warm at bedtime, even with the thermostats set to 50, and then in the early morning hours would get much cooler. 3) The biggest issue for us was the showers were inconsistent temperature. The downstairs one was pretty hot, the upstairs one was just luke warm -- and if you were using it and someone turned on the downstairs one, the upstairs got ice cold for a while! We mainly splurged for this unit to get 2 showers so people could shower 2 at a time, but ended up having to go 1 at a time.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023We overall enjoyed our time here at this property. Fee notes: never had hot water in the shower in the top floor which was annoying, no Kleenex in the house, several light bulbs were out, it was very inconvenient to be asked to take out the trash especially since it was located a long distance away and we had to drive to to do that. Seems like at other properties that is something the cleaning service could do. Overall enjoyed the location otherwise

Stayed Feb 18, 2023Although it might not be necessary I strongly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle available. Family friendly, I would rent this unit again. Stairs in this unit can be challenging if a person isn't active.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was great, well equipped with all the creature comforts you will need or forgot. Internet work great if you need to get some business done. Short walk to the lifts, but the trek back home is uphill. Over all I would stay again.
