Warm, Spacious, and Elegant Breckenridge Home near golf course, hot tub, arcade machine, foosball

We loved the cozy feel of this home. Just a short drive to Breck and 15 to Keystone. Very clean, spacious and accommodating for a families with different ages and stages of life...hot tub was great after a long day on the mountain. They even had a Christmas tree up for us to all enjoy over the holiday. Great stay , easy communication, checking in and out was easy. The prop manager etc... was very helpful.

It was perfect for the eight of us. Boys loved the loft and bunk room. Generous space and location was great for either going to do kid friendly activities in Breck, going biking and hiking or getting on the interstate to go explore. Neighborhood was very nice and area safe. We had a lot of fun.

Great location, great layout for our group and close to skiiing, shopping and restaurants. Awesome vacation spot.

The last 5 years my family and our best friends have vacationed at Christmas in Colorado. With the great location we had a lot of days in town shopping, skiing, and other adventures. Then the days we just spent relaxing were absolutely perfect in the house. Everyone was able to have their own space or when we all wanted to be together we could and never felt cramped.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our family gathering at this home. the check-in and check-out processes were super easy. The house of spacious and has very good amenities and kitchen appliances. The best feature was an en suite bathroom for each bedroom. We also enjoyed the hot tub under starry nights. However, the following provides some details on the property that may not be apparent from the description and pictures. The property is in a subdivision near Breckenridge golf course. If one is looking for isolation and outdoors tranquility, this is not the right place; one hears the highway noise outdoors throughout the day (inside is pretty quiet). The age of the home is also showing. The kitchen is in a high need for an upgrade: all the non-stick pots and pans and badly scratched and unhealthy for cooking. Not all gas cooktop burners worked well and one could smell gas when the igniter did not work. The outdoor fire hearth does not work. The living room couch is very uncomfortable, likely due to overuse. Finally, the master bedroom on the upper floor heats up in the summer due to South/West exposure and does not cool off at night sufficiently. So if you like cold temperatures at night, it may be uncomfortable.

This house was perfect for our family to stay in. The size was great, very soundproofed so everyone could retreat to their rooms when needed. Great kitchen to cook in. The property management was really helpful when we needed a few things

Perfect place for our family of 7 to stay the week in beautiful Breckinridge. Everyone had their own room & bathroom which was a must for us. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking or baking which was nice. We enjoyed setting out on the outdoor deck in the morning drinking coffee & seeing a few wildlife visitors such as a chipmu nk & a squirrel. Everyone also enjoyed at the end of each day getting into the hotub. Our 19 year old son loved the pac-man arcade game in the upstairs loft area. The golf course next to the property was great. The guys in our group enjoyed playing golf. The property is in a perfect spot right inbetween the town of Breckenridge & Friscoe. Overall a wonderful experience & place to stay. We would definitely stay her again in the future.
