Warm & happy home a short walk from the beach with central AC & screened porch

House was decent everything works master bed was ok. Couch is stained up and hallway floor is messed up from water damage from ac unit or fridge. Needs a runner rug for hallway at least to protect people's feet

While dated, this house met our needs. The house was clean and comfortable. The best part was the location! We were only a few minutes walk to the beach (half a block). Although some small repairs need to be done, I would stay here again.

Perfect size for 4 to 6 people, close to the beach and overall a nice little house. Had a great week. I just really wish it had an outdoor charcoal grill, I bought a cheap one to use and left it there so maybe the future guest can use it if they want. Vacasa was great to deal with. Thank you.

The Seascape Cottage has an open floor plan that made the main living area bright and airy. The king bed was comfortable. The house is a short walk from the beach and the top deck has an impressive view of the sunset.

We didn't expect five star accommodations at this price point so we weren't disappointed. It was cleaner than I expected considering it was the end of the vacation season. Beds were clean and very comfortable, kitchen was stocked enough to cook a meal. Great fridge. Plenty of clean bath towels/washcloths. Trundle under bunk was perfect. Location was perfect for us. We didn't mind the two minute walk to beach. Great view from upper platform. Plenty of hot water for lots of showers. Outdoor shower was a big plus and more comfortable than inside showers. Thankful for iron/board as we were there for a wedding and everything needed ironed. Plenty of seating in LR and DR. Love the screened in porch as there was standing water in streets from rain and mosquitoes were an issue. AC was a little too cold and couldn't be adjusted so we turned it off for a bit then back on. Bathrooms are painfully small. Things you may want to bring along: cookie sheet that fits in oven if you plan on baking. Yes, we wanted to make bacon and biscuits in the oven. Cookie sheet provided too big. Hair dryer. Needs a full length mirror if dressing to go out or to wedding. No closet in BR with double bed. Have to use someone else's closet to hang clothes. Comforters could definitely use a good disinfecting. They were dirty. Take a few kitchen towels/washcloth. We only had one small kitchen towel and no draining board. Soft spot in floor by AC unit needs repaired. Typical affordable beach house but clean.

The home is in a excellent location. It is close to everything you need. From the upper deck you have a view of the ocean. You can hear the waves at night and early morning. My family and myself had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group of two couples and a 3 year old stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. Highlights for us were the screened porch, the close beach access, quiet neighborhood, outdoor shower and the eagles nest deck for sunset views. I would note that the shared pool you have access to with this property is located in Avon at the Vacasa office which is a 27min drive from the house. We were excited to have a pool for our 3 year old, but an hour round trip just doesn’t make sense so we stuck to the beach. We had a great week!
