Property Layout: Wonderful layout for guests. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a fully furnished living room and a dining room with an eight person dining table. The family room is fully equipped with recliners, a smart TV, videogaming set up and blu-ray player.
The best part is the split layout. The master bedroom and the other two bedrooms are apart allowing for privacy and independence. The house has a spacious lanai deck, barbeque grill and large yard with citrus and exotic trees and plants.
For your stay, you can also use the golf clubs, tennis rackets, soccer and basketballs, beach chairs and beach umbrellas and fishing rods provided by us.

Community:
Located in a wonderful community of welcoming neighbours, and surrounded by fun things to do. You can relax by the pools, play tennis, volleyball and basketball, use the gym, and have quick walking distance access to stores, supermarkets and restaurants. There are also golf courses only a short drive away.
