Property was complete filth. Nasty floors, cob webs in bedrooms. AC vent was falling out the roofs. Tub and sink wouldn’t drain. No soap was left in either bathroom. Wouldn’t advise staying hete

First off the communication from the host was horrible. I had to ask for all the info for check in. Host should of sent everything needed before i arrived not a couple of hours prior when i asked them to. The house was nice and spacious but was a mess. Floors hadn’t been swept there was trash and dead bugs, on the floor. The lights in bathroom kept flickering, the sheets in 2 of the rooms hadn't been changed or washed. The kitchen counters were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. Under the cushions of the sofas was trash. There was food left in the fridge. There was no toilet paper or napkins upon arrival. I called the host several times no response, had to text them to get any communication which is so unprofessional. When i told her about the house being dirty, instead of her calling me or apologizing, she has her maid call me to say she would come clean the house. I am already onsite I dont want some stranger cleaning the house while im trying to relax after a long drive. The AC wasn’t working that great i texted her and she said take a pic of thermostat instead of sending someone over. There is someone living in the back house so be aware of that. The towels were either old or ripped, they didn’t leave a broom or any cleaning supplies so we could clean up the mess they didn’t. Only left us one small trash bag. Check out was at 11am and they tried to kick us out at 10am. Was told by the host to cancel the lodging since i wasn’t happy with the house. Don’t bother renting here

The floors were dirty with dead bugs. The dining room and living room have giant windows without curtains or blinds. And someone was staying in a small property in the back yard. They had to access it through the garage which was adjacent to the living room. I only know this bc we heard them in the garage and saw someone walking through the backyard through the window as we watched TV. When I messaged the host politely questioning this, she never responded. So it was a little unnerving. I think had the host mentioned this prior to our stay or responded to my message I would have felt better.

Loved how spacious the house was. The house was very lovely, also the host responded to all my messages pretty fast.
