Nice lawn behind the house . Parking space for a maximum of 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, suitable for short term tie up only (loading and unloading). The lake can get rough, with this in mind, tenants MUST NEVER leave their boat unattended. When not using it, boat MUST be on the mooring.
