The main floor also hosts a spacious primary suite with a brand-new bathroom and walk-in closet, alongside an updated guest bath with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, the fully finished basement serves as a perfect guest suite, offering its own living area, a wet bar/kitchenette, bedroom, flex space, and a large bathroom.



Step outside to enjoy the brand-new wraparound deck, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or taking in the gorgeous seasonal lake views. Its waterproofed design provides a covered patio area below, ideal for storing gear or parking.

- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Security - For your safety and security, a doorbell camera and exterior cameras are installed. These devices are focused solely on the entrance areas and exterior of the property.



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 25 years old to book.



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in.



- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - No pets allowed.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
