Wallingford Oasis, comfortable home near everything

Great space and comfortable for families or groups requiring multiple guest rooms.

Spotlessly clean! Great house on a nice quiet street. Basement bed was the most comfy.

Troy and Suzanne were wonderful hosts and the Wallingford Oasis was perfect for me and my large family. Everyone had a great time and had a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with lots of things to do and places to dine in easy walking distance or a short drive.Would highly recommend, especially if you’re with a big group. We will be back on future trips to Seattle!

We stayed here with a group of 9 for my friend’s 30th birthday and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless and beautifully set up for a group stay. The sleeping accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and we all felt right at home. The sauna was such a relaxing treat after our days out, and the outdoor hammock quickly became our favorite spot for reading and unwinding.The hosts went above and beyond — my boyfriend accidentally left a shirt behind and they promptly shipped it back to us via UPS. Such a thoughtful touch!Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway with fantastic hosts.

Exceeded our expectations

Wow! What a beautiful home with just everything we needed! Lots of sleeping space, lots of space to just hang out, both inside and on the patios. The location is great—10-15 minute walk to shopping and only 5 to coffee and bagels. We were kids, grandkids, and grandparents and we all agreed we’d stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The property was lovely. Very clean, spacious enough for the 7 of us (aged 85 to 19 !)) The owners even put up a little tree and Holiday decor to make our Christmas even more special. We cooked a lot, including the full Holiday meal of Turkey, sides, pies etc. and while the kitchen was adequate in supply, we could have used a few more 9 by 13 or 9 by 9 pans. We made due by using disposables from the store. Tupperware for saving leftovers was also in short supply but with a daughter living close by we were able to have her supply some! We'll definitely rent again when we're back to Seattle as a family. Really appreciate the style of the home and it's upkeep!

We had a great and comfortable stay here for our weekend in Seattle! Four adult couples were very comfortable in our own spaces! The location is amazing and near so many great places. Would definitely visit again. Thanks!

The house was perfect for our family with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all the amenities we needed to cook a meal. The on-street parking proved to be a challenge for us a few times where we had to hunt for a parking space in the surrounding area (and we only had one vehicle). Loading or unloading the car when it's parked a block down the street was not ideal, just something to keep in mind. Overall loved this property and would definitely book again!

We stayed here with family members in their 20s and in their 80s, and everyone had a lovely experience. The outdoor space is the highlight. We also loved the booth kitchen table, where we enjoyed freshly baked bagels from the local bakery!

We had a great time and everything in the listing was available. There were a few issues with AC but easily fixed. Lots of room for everyone and parking was a breeze. Would stay again.

Stayed here with group of friends for a wedding. Was perfect for accommodating seven people. We really enjoyed our down time at the house.

We came for family gathering. It’s a great house, great space. We did a lot of cooking and they had much that was needed. It’s a 5 BR but was a little cramped when you fill all of the bedrooms due to only having 2 bathrooms. Very strict on noise rules as it’s in a neighborhood - definitely understandable. Easy to communicate with owners. Go around the corner and get a Cubano sandwich. Delish!

Amazing (says Poppy aged 10) the tree house was awesome (Ella aged 10) a fantastic property for our family reunion, loads of space for all of us. Well equipped and very responsive hosts.

Friends and family met up to share the showing of our sons movie at the local Seattle arthouse. Perfect for having separate sleeping areas. Nice compact kitchen and relatively small living area but it still worked fine. Its Seattle so not the best street parking but Uber worked fine for getting around. Nice coffee spots close by.

House worked out great for a multi-generational get-together. Hosts were super accessible and we love the Wallingford neighborhood.
